Interesting video, I have an i3 and have only managed to charge it once at public charger. It won’t connect to a fast charger, is this a problem with software?

Anyway to put pressure on Genie point to fix the one in local Morrisons, has not worked for best part of 3 months. Morrisons said they will look into it and update their web page if needed as I said it was false advertising. Genie Point have not responded to my email

And they never will. Geniepoint are absolutely crap

would love to use a morries one..went to Morries in Port Talbot and screen was off..went to the one in Arundel and the screen was off. Now I know you need to top up the account it doesn't interest me at all. Think I'll give Geniepoint & Tesco's pod point a miss. Why do companys think it's alright for us to store money in their accounts instead of taking money straight from our bank acounts

Took out £25 from my bank and I never even got to charge it

They need to change the whole charging system soon as possible I had no signal couldn’t open the app couldn’t start a charge 21st-century. What a joke went to osprey tap my debit card job done I won’t be using a GeniePoint until they change
