Do you remember when was the last time you ate hot pot? What did I say last time? You must eat hot pot in rainy days! I could eat Chaoshan beef hotpot at home this time. Chaoshan-"An Isolated Island in Chinese Food Industry" It has unique clear soup, which preserve the unique fresh aroma of beef . It’s the first raw pickled seafood after the sea opened in August. The Chaoshan people call it a "poison" that cannot be abstained from. It’s so fresh. Even my cats couldn't help eating it. Forget the pain. So what is your favorite flavor of hot pot?

Im an hour late. 7pm at ur place is 6pm at mine... Oyster omelette💖🤗 in my place some chinese sell teochew style's oyster cake, deep fried w chicken n seaweed😋😋 super yummy💖💖 That hotpot... we always take a longer time to cook beef , til welldone+ tender👍 dislike rare/medium... Cutie cats💖 didnt realize that theyre given beef n egg to eat , while the savory aroma they longed for was actually seafood😁

@@summerkitchen hi ms chen🤗 Actually im not clear whats the english name. Indonesian people call it "ote-ote porong". Maybe "oyster fried pancake" is more accurate👍 Some Chinese sell it here , its teochew's style , very yummy! 💖

True , should cook til welldone👍 She lives in guangzhou , the culinary is very famous yummy n savory . But the minus side of guangzhou cuisine r some of them served raw meats & too many unusual ingredients like snake frog etc😱 But guangzhou cuisine is very delicious n advanced👍 we only have to pick the right menus😀
