I have a question is it best to deep fry the crawfish? I never cook seafood before i really want to make this and i am also scared of deep frying stuff sometimes LOL i worry i'll do it wrong. can you boil them or would deep frying be better option? how long do we deep fry it for?

If you are afraid of huge amount of hot oil, then you can always deep fry in smaller quantity and multiple batches. If you boil crayfish, thats a different taste. Deep frying with spices is really great. Good luck.

After cleaning, drain the water, and then you can fry, fry for three minutes and remove.

@@yinglinrong8162 我不知道你是哪里的，小龙虾市场价要6，70一斤。什么也不用说了。你自己淘宝搜一下，那些有品牌的已经做熟的小龙虾才多少钱一盒。你就知道生的小龙虾的价格多少了。在上海，盒马生鲜里卖的稍贵点的熟的麻辣龙虾才99元三斤。我长这么大，吃了这么多年的小龙虾，还没见过你说过的那种价格的生的小龙虾，那是什么仙龙虾。
