So by showing us the broken crown scene in the front clip, every switch of the crown from Olivia to someone else was filled with heightened tension and anticipation. Great job with an unplanned happening!

I really like how good these precons are in planechase. I am tempted to buy a set to have for a generic game night for friends who don't play magic.

My buddy picked up the Gremlin precon not knowing it came with planechase. We now want to get more of the planechase cards and they are indeed a great change of pace introducing them into our games. There's a plane that's basically doubling season and parallel lives rolled into one. Boy was my zombie army massive lmao

These decks are great. They can fight other decks well they match with each other's power mostly the convoke is a little weak. And they are built well enough they can be a pick up and play deck or an optimal min max game

I'm super glad they brought planeschase back. I love the extra madness it brings.

Lmao she's so cranky in this one. Reminds me of when my roommate used to wake me up at 9 am on a Saturday so we could play before he went to work. I would do it but I was definitely not the nicest

Thank you very much for playing kasla, I had an amazing game with her in the xcommand zone today. The deck does need lots of mana and all three colors. The game was good because all four decks got to go off. And there were moments when each deck had a chance to win. I know you guys play out of box when doing these, but invasion of sogovia if able to defeat is very good. Also the scry and draw happens whenever you cast a card with convoke including when you don't pay the convoke cost. That was cool to learn. These videos are great. too.

Sweet game! I love planechase. Two of my favourite channels in one this week, and seeing Olivia and Eilidh together in one room playing mtg together is great.

Yes! One of my fav pods and people!!! Can’t wait to see how this plays out. Jim is by far one of my fav brewers.

This is an awesome game with awesome folks! 2 points: 1. Yay for 'beef' reference! 2. I noticed Maddy didn't draw for monarch (not mad at all!) but until she mentioned it I just assumed it was hidden by an editing cut (not mad at EK either!)

I love the art for Kasla. One of my favorite decks to play, even if it nots the most powerful. I have spent a little bit of time, with a small budget and not a ton of card access due to having a small collection, to lean into Angels. Needs more work still but I like it 😊

Planechase is so fun, I miss it.

I played planechase a few weeks ago. I've only played a handful of times but it was nice since there were only 3 of us.

Shalai triggers when counters are placed on a creature, but it doesn't count for Triskelion which ETBs with counters (since the counters aren't being placed).

The reason I said the word "placed" is so you wouldn't misconstrue it with the counters that are going on Triskelion. Triskelion doesn't trigger Shalai.

I definitely thought the same thing, and I looked it up when I wanted to build Shalai and Hallar, so... 122.6 Some spells and abilities refer to counters being “put” on an object. This refers to putting counters on that object while it’s on the battlefield and also to an object that’s given counters as it enters the battlefield. So it does apply, in some half-step between resolving as a creature and actually hitting the table, and SaH see it happen

That’s fine, you can easily use a six sided die, with 1 and 6 being planeswalk and chaos, respectively.

Is it just me or are there tons of Suture Priest triggers being missed? It is distracting to remember all those triggers, particularly when you’re getting tokens or an opponent is. AliasV has SWOLEMS.
