Nope , happens all the time , it’s part of the event where the cavalry come down the mall and go pass the palace .

Changing of the guards happens at 11 AM in multiple places on the same days, some videos catch different groups passing on the mall, some around Queen Victoria's monument and some not at all. Depends on when they all start on their way.

Wow, this drum major is a disgrace. Walking instead of marching, out of pace.

Disgrace is OTT. Are they catching him up? Not. He's alright, in step and doing his job.. Out the front is a bit diff than being in the band.
