I’m only 30 and I’d heard stories from my mum that my Nan used to wear no5 when my mum was younger and it wasn’t very well liked because it was really heavy and strong. So I was really surprised when I tried it tuesday that I liked it. In fact I liked it so much that I purchased the original no5 the l’eau no5 and the no5 eau premiere along with chanel coco.

It’s so good! i got a 1/2oz for my bday in May and I loved it so much that I got a 1oz bottle too a couple weeks ago during Macy’s 15% off sale and it’s just such a lovely fragrance. This and the Shalimar extrait from Guerlain are equally my favorite perfumes of all time! I’m so happy to see how much you love this, it’s just so beautiful and there is nothing else like it. It’s so ethereal, majestic, and what I would imagine Galadriel from lord of the rings to smell like. Just otherworldly

Pam! ❤ Great description of the aldehyde effect. I used to call it 'sodalicious'. 😄 Especially when combined with a syrupy sweetness. Yeah, some of those old Chanels are sumthin' else... fits your tranquil beauty.
