    I had the pleasure of visiting the NEVERsate gym earlier this month. It was the first non-commercial gym I ever got to visit, and I was really blown away by just how friendly, supportive and helpful literally everyone there was. The BEST gym I've ever been to, I hope I can visit again soon. Great editing btw, Tom!

    So Brian’s pacing thing reminds me of an Orc from Skyrim because he has a power he can use once per day that gives him extra lift damage or something like that or he could be a path of the berserker Barbarian where he suffers exhaustion if he goes into a frenzied rage.

    Love this grip circuit challenge! Everyone did rather well. I still remember most of these from Training Hall in Jan. - it's a lot difficult/painful than it looks. Especially the hubcap one and the blobs . All this is perfect training for the upcoming backflips. And I base that on nothing. \m/

    Just now notice the 4th Infantry banner up there in Brian's gym. I was stationed with 1st Calvary Div and worked with you guys back in 06-08. I believe it was the 2nd Brigade, not sure really, that was the stryker infantry unit in Iraq. Man those was the days.

    Great vid . love the grip strength content . Such unique training but overlooked ! My grandfather R.I.P was just an old farmer ,but used to lift old steel dumbbells with massive handles.{ I can remember being an kid around 10yr old amazed and in aww how he could even pick them up let alone wrk out with them } looking back I think they were prob like 15 0r maybe 25 lbs. but handles were like an 3" dia. Wish I new what happened to them ...

    Juji and/or Tom: What do you guys think has been most beneficial in building Rolling Thunder strength? I've been stuck on the same max weight for weeks even though my endurance performance is going up (holding various implements for time).
