Thanks! After realizing that cellulite is not even a real "condition" and that it was a term made up by people who want you to feel bad about a natural phenomenon that happens during fat storage, I realized they all just want my money. Idc im just gonna live. Looks aren't everything, they come and go. Memories, health, and happiness are the things that last

From the perspective of attractiveness, those things that you may view as flaws are beautiful to those who love you. I know that's a cliche, but my wife is self-conscious of her keratosis pilaris, but I find it beautiful, because it is a part of the woman I cherish and respect.

I really needed this! I started feeling negatively about my body after I gained weight from a vital medication. But you know what, I’d rather keep my body HEALTHY by taking my meds than worry about other people’s creepy opinions on how they think bodies should look!

I’m sorry to hear that - I know how tough it can be for your weight to be out of your control. But you are absolutely right!… Your health is FAR more important than what other people think of you! ♥️🫶

I had cellulite even when I was 13 yrs old, 5’8 and 135 lbs Since then it’s been there in every level of fitness, weight, & muscle I’ve ever had. I’ve accepted that it’s never going away no matter what I do, so now legitimately I don’t give a crap about it anymore 😆🤷‍♀️

Genetics and stress play a big role. I can diet down to get a six-pack, but I don't naturally carry one. I don't think I ever will. You just get what you get in some ways.

Love you and your matter of fact delivery. New subscriber ❤😊 i have lost 90 lbs going from a size 12 to a 0 and i have cellulite still and loose skin. I look fine in my clothes but its discouraging when i see the loose skin. I walk 4-6 miles 5 days a week. Should i add resistance or weight training?

@@reneebrody5877 Congratulations - I hope you feel great! I totally get the cellulite/skin thing, and I feel for you! 🥺🫶 I’m not a doctor or certified trainer, but with that said, I would always recommend strength training of some sort. Muscle is beneficial for many reasons and helps reduce the risk of so many things as you age!

Personally I am more attracted to "flawed" bodies. Cellulite, tummy pouch, flabby arms, muscles like yours, piercings, tatoos, anything outside of what's considered ideal. They speak of people who live life with a passion. Not people who obsess over their look. Someone who has stories to tell. That's somebody I can connect with.

Your calves 😭😍😍 I’m trying to hard to grow mine. They’re two sticks. Also thank you for this video it’s really nice to see that even really fit women can have cellulite ❤️🫶🏼also if you don’t mind me asking. I want bigger arms like yours how many times should I train upper body?

  • @misha.griffis

Thank you! The calves are definitely genetic! Lol They’re naturally bigger. Calves are tough if you don’t have naturally bigger ones already. As for arms (and the rest of my body), it’s the result of CrossFit. When you cross train like you do in CrossFit, you basically build all muscles together over time. It’s an even mix of everything. I wish I had a better answer for you! I know CrossFit isn’t for everyone, but if you do like it, it’s fun and keeps you in shape!
