My nephew asked us to film a video for his wife's 40th birthday and upload it to a special site he created. I can't tell you how many outtakes we had. We were laughing so hard, we could barely film the one we finally posted!!!🤣(it was our 7th or 8th attempt)

MaryEllen hope you had a great birthday! I'm 78 yrs. old and at 18 I went into Boston to a makeup show by John Robert Powers, fantastic. I wore that stuff until he no longer made makeup. When I was younger I had a favorite color, yet it changed as I changed. Now, with age and a bit of wisdom I realize that all colors are my favorite because there is something beautiful about all of them as there is something beautiful about all of us, and of everything G-d has created. Happy birthday! I will be celebrating my 70th at the end of this week. What a gift!

Gave one to my MIL, who was extremely hard to buy for and difficult to please. She seemed to like it. That your father died on your birthday is sad, but you can think of it as a double celebration. Your birth, and him receiving his heavenly reward! My great-grandmother died one day before my 8th birthday, and that stung for awhile. She believed it was going against God to land on the moon, and she died the day before the moon landing. I'm blessed to have that and other memories of her. Oh, my favorite color is plum. Anything in the purple family.

My favorite color is yellow! I always work in into the quilts I make for people. And happy birthday! I'm so sorry your dad died on your birthday. What a heavy day each year. My wonderful dad was killed by a drunk driver when I was 22. He was just 50 and in perfect health. He never got to meet his grandchildren and would have been the best granddad in the world. It's been decades, and I still miss him every day. I was lucky to have him for a few years, although the Army separated him from our family for many years -- Vietnam and Korea, as well as many 3-month temporary duty assignments. It's hard not to resent that loss of time with such a dear human.

I lost my dad in 2008 and I'm still not over it. For one thing, I didn't realize how much I relied on him to keep my mother from getting on my nerves, lol!! Seriously, though, I understand what it's like to be so close to your father and that relationship has helped me to be stronger and more grounded as an adult. My brother turned 70 in March and we lost him on the 13th of this month due to complications of diabetes. My Mom would always remind me "Heaven is our home, we're just passing through".

I'm used to hearing it from my many trips to several of those states. It's natural to many from those areas to say it. But the gals using it in their videos that I've watched, clearly aren't from the south. Happy Belated Birthday MaryEllen!! I'll be 74 in late November, nothing done on me as well. I use the Lawless Forget the Filler Lip Mask each night and the little gold tubes of it as 'chapstick' daily', they really work. I have pix of my mum, dad, little sister wo had Downs syndrome on my wall, I pray for them each night & often talk to them in the day, I know they are always w/me, E's as well. His court date, prayerfully the last, is tomorrow. I love autumn as well but I'm in the wrong area for it, sigh. Easter though the wrong date is my favorite holiday followed by Thanksgiving. For Halloween I'm going to a yacht party, saved for it, as a flapper lol, yes, I'll be wearing more makeup including some glitter e/s. Then I'll be using brushes. Happy 70th birthday! I've reviewed many of your Sensational after 60 videos and can say you look like you are aging backwards. The Botox comment is such a compliment. My 85 year old mom got Botox in her forehead for her birthday this past year. 😂 That royal blue is spectacular on you! When I wear periwinkle or coral colors I usually get compliments, so those are my favorite colors. I want to thank you for your recommendation on Built bars and puffs. Since I began watching you I have learned how to take care of my skin, so my skin does look better than it would have. I lost my daddy 11 years ago and I miss him daily. He and my mom were always together and it has been hard on her. She usually has grandkids my sister and I or friends visit her daily. I was blessed with wonderful parents who were always there for my sister and I and the grands and now great grands. I pray you have a very blessed year and people are as kind to you as you are to them❤️ I started using timeless skincare products when I started skincare because of you. I just wish I had started taking care of my skin earlier. The main thing I wish I had known about when I was younger was, sunscreen. I thought spending all day in the sun and getting darker everyday was smart and pretty,how wrong I was! But when it comes to fashion, I wear a lotta black. 8^) I rilly liked the eyeliner -- or the lack thereof -- tip and will try it the next time I wear makeup. There's a commercial right now where someone says, 'Gifting is my love language' and every time I hear it I think, 'That ain't right.' But the word substitution that truly drives me nuts is 'ax' for 'ask'. I hear news anchors use 'ax' instead of 'ask' regularly and -- Wow. Just -- WOW. I lost my Dad early, and yes, the day came when I realized I'd been around twice as long as he had been with me. Gosh, now it's over 4 times as long. I still miss him so much, but the foundation he gave me shaped the person I am.

Happy birthday! I turned 70 October 9th, went for a hair cut to my shoulders, I have had very long hair for years and really liking the shorter look! No you do not look like you have had botox! Your skin looks very natural and healthy! My step-grandmother died on my 16th birthday, she had cancer and I had stayed the summer with her caring for her. I have a son with my birthday and a grandson. Yes that drives me crazy the 'buon, and imporant'! Royal blue is my favorite color now for some years .

Congratulations on your seventies I turned 70 in july this year and it began a change of attitude in me. Now I want to use more colour in my wardrobe. I have the same view on makeup at this time as you do. Same technique but much softer colours and application. I am loving the color turquoise these days as it is compatible with other colors. You must have great genes, I know you take good care of yoursel but you definitely have the building blocks. Happy birthday!🎉

Happy Birthday MaryEllen! I turn 68 on the 26th. I’ve really only been working seriously on my skin care for 4 years now. Wish I’d started a long time ago. But you do inspire me to keep going. I have a group of 6 friends, we go out to lunch once a month and do some charity work too, we call ourselves The Pink Ladies. We each wear pink when we meet for lunch. It’s good fun!

Happy Birthday MaryEllen and many more. I adored my father and he died on my 56th birthday. It is bitter sweet but he loved me and a party so I always tell myself he always wanted to be with me and especially my birthday he would love to party. So it doesn’t hurt anymore.
