The first day of spring is the 4th anniversary of my husband's stroke. Luckily he recovered completely -- we were so fortunate. The next day, I experienced anaphylaxis for the first time while with him in his hospital room. It was a scary time for our young adult sons to have both parents suddenly in life-threatening situations without warning. We're still here and healthy, thank heavens. Love you and your channel! My favorite slacker, who's really not all that much of a slacker. 🤩

Thank you for another helpful video. I turned 60 earlier this month. Last year was a tough one. I was hospitalized from January 10to May 8. The illness caused so much hair loss that I had to get my long hair cut to a pixie. God is good and I continue to improve but my appearance has changed so much. I asked for the omnilux for my birthday, and have been using that along with other skincare. I so appreciate the information I have gained from your channel. Hi Mary Ellen ,your skin is glowing. I started using Matrixal cause you talked about it I got started on retin a in my 40s. I used the highest strength and my neck looked like a piece of raw meat, but I was told it's supposed to do that and then your new skin will peak through. So many women quit because of peeling and burning ...... that's what it does Their loss because retin a is about the best skincare I never want to be without, not even in the spring time

Thank you so much for discussing the Retin-A options I always thought getting a prescription would be expensive but I just checked GoodRx and they have fantastic prices at some locations!!! When you mentioned the red light device I immediately got one and have been using it for about 4 months I definitely think it's made a difference as well! I cannot wait for spring! It has been so cold lately it actually snowed today lol craziness! It is all good!!!!

I’ve enjoyed this video and probably go through your videos to try to catch up. Very informative! I don’t kno much about retinol I get most of my products from Amazon.
