From this video I learned why Onew is the leader of Shinee. He is leading the whole interraction without pushing or sounds ordering, very smooth and encouraging. Skills that not many people have. He make people feel comfortable and create the situation bright and warm. Love him ❤

On the other hand onew is the only leader in the whole kpop industry who care less about public and care more about members enjoyment. He is a father figure to his members. Though he is the oldest but to members he is the youngest .Even more messier than them. But what makes him appealing that he is a leader who lead by staying to their sides. Not ordering or being upper as a leader. Not pushing them to maintain their image. Instead he is the one who mess more than them and his members clears that for him.😂😂specially 91s line. His gentle calm and softness make him appealing to every one.

Onew is the embodiment of "it's so fluffy, I'm going to die." This was so fun to watch, especially being a long time Shawol and knowing their previous struggles with other languages 😄

Shawols rly are one of the most respectful fandom and i'm so happy to be part of it. Girls were surprised but didnt go crazy and still make Onew comfortable. You all deserve this ♡
