CBT Plus Training On Road Session - Part 1
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
This video shows extracts of a training video recorded to assist a student with their riding post CBT.
It does not show everything in the training session, but is an illustration which may help some riders pre and post CBT.
It is not a replacement for formal professional training.
Thank you to my student for agreeing to share the video which may help others.

Very good/educational video as always! Great take away on hanging back from large vehicles to create space & increase view as well as parked lorries with high sided doors!
Van driving @ 09:00 shocking. The rear door swing on that heavy @ 10:40 could catch out many of us out in even slightest lapse of concentration ! Seeing that happen on vid will likely cause me to be extra careful if faced with similar situation...thank you ! Anticipation & 360 awareness so crucial. Not a fan of louder exhaust notes albeit here the sound of exhaust allowed me to get a better feel for the anticipation & riding of the student. As you highlighted... the student can benefit from easing off/holding back a fraction thus facilitating more time, space & control (less drawn in). Thanks for sharing & student for consenting to help make this vid. Ride safe 🏍👍
Damn, that learner bike is LOUD lol

Another good video - enjoyed that. Particularly liked the instruction regarding the approach to and negotiation of roundabouts.

Glad it helped! i hope it all goes well,
Fantastic instruction!
Great video as always
Amazing detail in the instruction and really well made video, Wish you were local to me haha
Im sure that exhaust sound on the 125cc would make it difficult for me to concentrate, very calm and confident instruction and guidance from yourself, your trainee is one very lucky person to have you as their wingman and im sure they are on the right path for a full license, great video as always
I learnt so much from this. Thank you

@@MotorcyclePWR thanks again
I. Am ready so ready yo learn won't be long
Brilliant
I just recently passed my cbt and have a 125 for simple commuting purpose. I have no interest in getting a full bike licence as prefer to drive on long journeys. But i would like some more training with an instructor speaking in my ear just like element E . Is this something that a training center would offer? Obviously i would be willing to pay but i don’t want to do all the yard work going through basic manoeuvres

Hi, depending on their business model, some schools would be happy to do this for you. Some do a course called CBT+, or some will just do extra lessons. I hope you find a school near you that are happy to help
Got stop by a driver today saying I am going to Slow on a 20mph speed limit, my speed monitor says 20mph keep 19 18mph be safe, on Google Maps says going 15mph can't be right, get lot of drivers overtake 20 30 roads Thanks
very informative

Hello, thank you for your comments. Im afraid I cant comment about individual schools but if you need a cbt then to avoid the possible difficulties that you mentioned i think it could be worth speaking with the chief or senior instructor before starting cbt to make sure satisfactory arrangements are in place for you to be able to learn to ride and successfully demonstrate the competencies required so that an instructor can issue a certificate. The full CBT syllabus can be found online on the gov.uk website if it helps. I wish you well with your training.
Jeez that exhaust is loud, hope he had earplugs 😂
