So your closing comment got my subscription. I respect those of us wanting to save half decent bikes from the bone yard, I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have my twelve 'projects' to work on during COVID-19 lockdowns, they saved my sanity for sure.

Great video bro! I’ve just rebuilt my 2002 954 and also couldn’t find any info on this. A great help, thanks. 🙏

What did you the with the air filter? Did you reinstall the flap. Or was it still in? I am trying to go back to original as well.

Please, I also own a BAIC 929, and there is a malfunction in the piece responsible for moving the wires. Is it possible for me to cancel the gate and install another piece that is closed on the side so that the four pipes are open with each other and there will be no error or imbalance between them through the gate?

Hey man I took the servo out which position should I leave the valve locked on
@harleysurfer2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the explanation! Bought a 954 just 2 days ago, with FI code 34. Not sure yet if it has a "deleted" flapper. If so, I might go for the Servo Eliminator, to fix the FI mil.

You can also just leave the servo hooked up but with no cables on it, that will keep it from throwing a code as well.

@@ontwowheels6479 Thanks for the info. I also have 2 original mufflers, I suppose reinstalling one will also do the job.

You selling the old exhaust valve eliminator?

Nice bud! I've given up with the servo on mine, the previous guy spent a tonne having it all replaced and I've fixed it twice already. I'm gutting it along with the Pair valve system and airbox flapper.

@stevepereira3672 The pair valve just recirculates air I to the exhaust for emissions bro, if you've got a backfire like that it could be a stator issue.

Nevermind I have it right if u leave it locked on down position it runs like shit till u hit 8k if u leave it all the way up it's awesome

I think it’s more streetable with the valve installed. If it were a track bike I think you’d be better off without it.
