I do regular jogging I'm 31 years old, when I walk normal I don't have any sound on my right knee but if I climb stairs & sit & get up I have that long cracking noise of my knee, but ni pain at all. Pls revert

Knee makes a grinding noise,, like squashing a plastic bag.. only had it after my knee started hurting me from the inner side. Did Mri and one doctor said arthritis and the other said ligaments inflammation. Noise still there after 1.5 year and pain will only occur after a short run. Don't know what to do

Sir...when i sit both of my knees make cracking sound like "kat kat" and there's a regular pain 1-2 days in a month. I don't have any problem while stepping up in stairs but when I sit in cross-leg position after few minutes my knees start paining. What should i do? Can this problem be cured by proper medication ?
