    He should be using a spatula to turn them like you would with delicate fish and then it’s easier of to break them. Another tip is that if you want your cauliflower steak not to break you should only cut along the middle of the cauliflower over the stem which means a max of two per head of cauliflower- the reason being the closer to the edge you cut the greater the chance it won’t maintain its integrity throughout the cooking process.

    I tried it last evening and was looking forward to enjoying it. My sause never got thick so when I spread it on the cauliflower, it just flowed through and despite baken it twice the 10 minutes, it came out under cooking and flavorless. Maybe my spices were too old, but my versiion didn't work out.

    Half a cup of olive oil instead of the few spoons you actually need? Tongs to turn instead of a spatula that would avoid breaking the steaks? As if "Coit" is a helpless intern and there's a Director behind writing the stuff for him (while just copying content from, e.g. Gordan Ramsey)
