Cooking eggs in a small 6-8" nonstick egg pan is all you need to flip them easily (or just the curved edge of a larger pan). They are not tough to flip, the yolk practically rolls itself over if you get it high enough up the side and flick your wrist.

It's really not that hard to flip a damn egg. My goodness. If I HAD to say something nice I'd say that this would be helpful for elderly people who have poor grip or coordination.
