Cathe is one badass trainer! I love her!
This is hands down one of my favorite workouts! It’s perfect for a Saturday morning because it’s a lot of burn in a relatively short time compared to a full hour. The music is awesome, especially one of the last songs that starts during the sprinters and goes through almost the end and of the workout.
Great, hard workout!! Still fun somehow even tho its tough!! Lol. Cathe is the best!
