Sheepshead are really good eating fish. We catch a lot of them in South Louisiana. You don't get much off the small ones because of how they are shaped. Some people use the really firm fillets as faux crab meat on salads and such.

Such a great state. From the panhandle, the gulf coast, the east coast, the keys, central Florida and all the springs. We love it here in the winter!

Sheepshead is some of the best tasting fish. Catch the fiddler crabs and use for bait for them. Also, fish near pilings and scrape barnacles and put on the hook for bait. Good luck

Great video guys! If I might make an artist critique. You should have opened today's video with the crabs popping up out of the sand. Maybe use some mysterious music. No narration, just the crabs. But I understand you wanting to show Dave catching a fish. Many years ago, I used to roller blade. My roller blades had 5 wheels per blade instead of the usual 4 wheels. They were very stable. Chip sealed paths were a little easier to deal with. Looks like you both are doing very well. I'm looking forward to your visit to Cedar Key. I visited there back in 1988 or '89. I'm betting that it has changed some since then. Cheers and Carey On!

Thanks! We’ve been to cedar key a few times over the years and it probably hasn’t changed much over the years. However, we haven’t been there since the hurricane damage so we’ll see.

Speckled trout have that funky large tooth in their mouth. One time we hired a guide to take us speckled trout and red fish fishing. My first fish not knowing I lipped it by the mouth like a mouth and the guide was horrified. I didn’t fo that again 😂

Tough question because there are so many interior layouts of both. I would suggest doing some tours during a large rv show if possible. So many vendors to look at and walk around in. Good luck!
