    They are extremely cute. It must be the sweetest pet. I guess you would have to get it pretty young if you want to tame it.

    No idea! I honestly do not think many smaller animals can protect themselves/others against a stoat. I know that a cat can be effective, but that creates other problems...

    Yeah, sadly Stoats were always going to be your first predator problem up here. I guarantee that one has been resident in your property for some time. Amazing animals, but as you say, apex predator absolutely. Where did you buy your traps from? Super good, I've not seen that one before?
