Cat/Cow Pose sat in a chair

Find yourself a chair and observe your posture. sit up out of the lower back and hips.
Release any tension around the bum, legs, lower legs, and feet. Bring the hands in towards the hips and stick out the chest, inhaling through the nose.
Exhale out of the mouth, draw the chest in, and roll the shoulder forward. Stretch your arms, hand up the legs, and rest on top of the legs. Keeping the core engaged, draw your belly button in towards your spine, and empty your lungs on the exhale.
Try to relax the bottom half of the body. Find your inhale through the nostrils and soften your lips, exhaling out of the mouth for longer.
x4/x6 natural breaths.
