Have you ever seen/tried lacing the fingers between the toes as a modification of padahastasana? I got this ideas from the fascia masters youtube channel. They say that a lot of energy is stored up in the webbing of the feet (and hands too).

I’m enjoying the thorough attention to detail. It speaks to my curiosity about how & how much I can move my body within the approximate form of each pose.

@5:14 what do you mean by a deep foward bent? Like straight legs and chin touching the ankles?
👌👌👌🙏🙏🙏
So posterior tilt promotes rounding back too right?
Ive been using a teaspoon of chia seeds should I be switching to flax?
