Love your tutorials.
Thank you so much for this!! 🙏🌿
I love love love your teaching!
The details you are going through are super helpful ❤
This is awesome!! There is beauty and science behind tradition. To understand that May take years so it is safe to just follow it as it is until we understand why poses are done a certain way.
🙏 thanks a lot, guys and you help me a lot
This has helped so much! Thank you 😊
I love the specificity, this was helpful and informative
Fantástico tutorial! Hay varios detalles claves en él que realmente profundizan la práctica. Muchas gracias!
Love this. Thank you!
Thank you so much for this tutorial!!! You helped me to correct my hip and foot alignment, and I've felt a big difference in my practice.
Thank you for the details
Love from India
Thank you again!

You are so harmonious together, it is an extra joy to watch.
Excellent explanation
Just adore you❤
Brillent as usual David abd Jelena :)
amazing video. thank you
Fantastic 👏
That's good teamwork!
So many thanks. Your videos have helped my practice become more stable and strong. You both have opened up ashtanga for me as a meditation system. The video where you use the metronome has really transformed my focus. I'm really looking forward to the day I can practice with you two in person. Coming to Connecticut anytime soon? 😁 Or anywhere in the north eastern area of North America 😍🙏

Hey Kristen, that's great to hear. Thank you so much for sharing your kind feedback with us. We don't have any plans to come to the US in the near future, but we will be hosting a few intensives at our home shala in Toronto, Canada. Maybe you can come up north? ❤
Thank you! Never thought about yoga being a meditative practise, but as something that prepares you for meditation, well when you said that now I think it will have an impact on my practices, recently actually I am quite distracted by thoughts when practicing.
You guys are the bestest :)
This is incredibly detailed and helpful 🙏🏼

Like your videos Plz dont stop
First video I watched from you guys , I am always said to bend my upper body with that extra movement and I don’t like it tbh . This clears that up as well thank you ❤️
The details in foot placement are very helpful. Can you do a pyramid pose video? Bc not sure on foot placement of that.

I love your channel! Thank you so much! :) Could you make another video on jump throughs and that part of the flow with tips for progressions and maybe even additional exercises that could help one get there? I am terribly bad at that. Very grateful for your deep work and dedication!

Hey Leo, thanks for the kind words :) We plan to add many more tutorials. We do also have an extensive library on our website of longer form courses that break down each pose of the Primary Series into much more details. www.davidandjelenayoga.com/courses/

I just love your tutorial videos ❤🎉- they’re so informative and well explained. I will use them both in my own practice and when I teach yoga. How about a video on a fundamental pose like downward dog - because a lot of people struggle with the position of the arms and the wrists and well pretty much everything in that pose 😊

The last reversed triangle was a very elegant twist. It seems without enough flexibility, the hips would not be able to align in a reversed triangle. Not sure I am explaining it correctly. I can't tell if my hips are dropping or not.
David sir please you do, jelena madam can explain one time. Madam is so strong
Hi, I love the instructions but I am a bit confused now about you saying that the back foot stays right out instead of turning slightly towards the front. looking at all other videos on KZread etc from the teachers of the teacher in India you mentioned they don't suggest that neither. I heard why and your reason you said it's just confusing that some say it's for beginners better to do 45 degrees inward. The old Indian videos have all their feet an angle towards the front. Modern Ashtanga seems to suggest to have it fully out not towards the front. Thank you.
.y teacher says your spine should be parallel to the floor x

Hi Cecilia, Thank you for being here and for your kind words. All of our mats are Liforme and this is our favorite mat brand. They're super sticky and you don't need a mat towel. Plus they're biodegradable and environmentally friendly, unlike many other mat brands. :)
Is tis Iyengar style?
