Great video and thanks for sharing. Got mine at Macy’s here in Houston Texas. Awesome watch! It’s a Protrek and G-Shock merge together to create the best of both worlds! The Mudman is built to last! Love the dual layered lcd for the compass. Glad it came on this Mudman!

I finally have one of these coming. I tried it on at Windup SF and that sealed the deal. The full-screen digital compass display makes it much more legible than the tiny sub dial compass on the Rangeman.

A great review of a bargain watch, I need one!

I have a Rangeman 9400, and Mudman 9500 looks like a successor to 9400. 9400 has a long flat backside which makes gaps on the sides of the wrist unless you have huge wrists. It's obvious that the sideguards of 9500 definitely improves the fitting and makes the watch to surround the wrist much better.

Great watch👍& the way of the presentation is amezing. I have bought GW 9400-3 a month ago but affried about the lug issues, I m using it as a watch not as a survival gear, should I need to be worried? Just wear & remove each day. Should this put enough pressure on the lugs? Please share your thoughts,as you people are watch specialist. I don't want to sell it just for the reason, but at the same time, can't effort a new bezel which cost a new watch' s price. Thanks 👍

This looks like an updated Rangeman on terms of features.

Got mine ( the same one) 2 months ago from Japan- here in Canada. The stopwatch has 1/10 not 1/100 of a sec, stopped wearing my Rangeman in favor of this Mudman. When you understand the the design that went behind you get to appreciate it more, like the reason as to why the light button is at an odd angle for example. Great video BTW.

I have the rangeman 9400. I’ve had it longer than I can remember. I love it. My only complaint would be the fogging glass in cold temperatures. I’m thinking I need to order this mudman to have a back up. I love the display and the lack of the round second counter in the upper left that the rangeman has.

It's funny, this mudman was my favourite and yes over the GW9400. But....we are always evolving, and I love GSHOCK but for the money and function with protections I've gone with Garmin FENIX 7X Sapphire Solar now as my EDC digital monitoring watch. For a few $$ more you get so much! Cheers, thanks for watching, start watching my Garmin videos and check them out, there could be a model for you
