I received my GW9500 today and I absolutely love it. It is by far the most comfortable G-shock I have in my collection and I’m seriously considering getting the green version as well.

Which version did you get? I've seen the online version of the negative display, and the glare is really bad.

My 9500-1JF will be delivered tomorrow. I’m seriously stoked to get that badass beast on my wrist.

In India it cost around 250-270 usd max. I'm going to buy the green version along with the newly updated DW-5600ue. I already have mrw-200H. So excited.

Should have made the display MIP (or at least STN). Bluetooth, sapphire and maybe a bioresin or titanium case back to reduce weight would have also made it a lot better.

Negative display om GW9500 is just awful ! U forgot to mention that Mudmaster GWG2000 comes with the Saphire glass and GW9500 mineral !

I was gonna pre-order the watch but it came out to around $400. That seems steep considering it basically has the same functions as my Rangeman. The resin also looks super cheap. I think $300 is more of a fair price point.

The resin in GWG-B1000 looks cheap as well especially on the green one. Black is okay though.

Horrendous negative display... tf are they thinking...

The Mudmaster seemed too sophisticated to me, the Mudman just seems to be a down to its roots Casio digital watch. I'm considering it as a replacement for my GD-350

I already have a Rangeman which I love, but I really like the analogue/digital look so Mudmaster it is. Although I wish it was Tough Solar.

2000 for me. It's bigger and looks more premium.

I purchased my 9500 in green and negative and ... after 2 days I returned to seller and changed to GW-9500 in black and positive . Still lighter screen (thanks to 2 layers and compas on top - WHY??!!! why not under - but readable - negative not works out of direct sun - you have dark screen and cannot read time without light - In day !! - so terryble fail of Casio in this case !!!!

Neither. GWG1000 feels good on my wrist. So is my GWN-1000, Rangeman & GRB200. Prefer the fully loaded rangeman over gw9500
