this is kenya.....where justice is by favour.... in kenya a 16 year old will be jailed 15 years for having sex but look at this case of Ngang'a up to date the case is not over.....if he is guilty he deserves a long jail term with no bond......justice to the family.....

There is no need to even go to Kenyan courts....

This case cost the pastor a fortune to cover up. Paying all those people didn't come easy but he has deep pockets and can afford it. Unfortunately for him, spilt blood can't be covered by spreading money. When that day comes,his deep pockets and the healthy bank balance won't cover the cost. In an efficient judiciary a commission of enquiry ought to have been set up to investigate the case thoroughly. It's obvious justice was denied.

The problem with this case is the fact that the prosecutors focused on showing that Nganga was the one driving instead of trying to prove any signs of reckless driving. So what if it was Nganga who was driving? Sadly, i would have ruled the same if i was the judge. But may her soul rest in peace. May God comfort the family.

It is actually both though.. it’s biased projection.. there’s something quite dodgy bout this.. problem with the law is what you can prove; not what is the truth..

The judge was compromised by Nganga and company. Even the limuru police. i say this without fear.

Kenya is the only country where justice is favored in terms of HON,MONEY,FAMOUS but a common mwanaichi can be jailed for stealing chicken (15 years)
