This victim's story is sad but someone might argue he was asking for trouble by taking part in violent protest. However, there were many other sad cases of people who died from gun-shots (including children and women) who were actually sheltered in their homes. Sadly, there were no cameras that caught these incidents and they were never prosecuted. They were killed because they lived in a poor neighborhoods perceived by the police to harbor trouble makers.
