Beautiful angelic voice. I took my daughter to her concert and not a month later my daughter passed. Each time I see Carrie Underwood I remember that memory of great music and my Mary. Thank you Carrie.

Carrie's strength is her vocal power. Fact that Carrie is beautiful is just a side benefit to us. On Idol, she got notice for her vocals. Someone told her, she was fat, she wasn't at all. Which is why after Idol, she started working out. And why Carrie can put on two-hour concert almost non-stop, only breaks she does, is changing dress for each section of her setlist.

The thing with Carrie Underwood is this: when she sings from her heart, it is absolutely flawless. She has such a gift to sing and be a performer as well as a songwriter. I started to choke up just watching this. Well done, Carrie. You made Dolly very proud.

Such a beautiful soul inside and out. A flawless country music artist and singer and this woman can basically sing anything that she wants to. She said she was so happy to be there and smiling, she is grateful for were she's made it today and she just has that beautiful spirit, not fake at all, a total class act. She has a beautiful family and a wonderful mother of 2 sons, a wonderful wife and still juggles her career. What is most important to her is her family time and she loves and supports her fans and other artists as well. She was just blessed with such a beautiful voice and has the best personality and caring soul there is. I love all of Carrie's music and would love to see her in concert and meet this woman, she's an inspiration to so many and so classy and has respect for herself and others. Beauty is not only on the outside , it's on the inside as well and carrie has both. The most top paid country female artist out there and will go down as a legend and she deserves all the happiness in the world because she's earned it. God Bless you carrie and youre family.

I LOVE how she’s holding the tip of the microphone 6 inches from her mouth, but you can still hear the fullness and volume of her voice resonating throughout that venue! Carrie is an amazing singer!

this is the sort of perfect mic technique that was born of in-ear monitors. Decades ago, no one could do this so precisely. Even on the Idol/Voice shows, they are using in-ears. I wish in my career that they had been popular.

On every stop of her "StoryTeller" tour. The audience was waiting for her to do this song. Hearing about her performance is one thing. But watching her to do this song in concert. This performance was well worth the ticket price.

And the best part, is that for the first time, Carrie asked the crowd to sing with her. And the audience didn't, but that was the best decision, the audience made. It got Carrie befuddled, you could tell, she was singing, but like why aren't you singing with me. And it turned out a show-stopping performance and when she was done, she got a standing ovation and Carrie got completely embarrass by it. I know, I saw her twice during this tour and both times. Carrie said Oh! My goodness. Standing ovation lasted for three minutes.

Oh my god I was at this concert and she was absolutely amazing she's my favorite singer in the whole wide world!

I love her version of this song. Its so stunning.

I’ve never been a big Carrie Underwood fan. But this thing right here gave me chills from head to toe and made me stand out of pure respect. Absolutely awesome!!!!

I saw Carrie doing this song, twice, once in Green Bay and other in Milwaukee. When, she did this song. Both times, the arena went dead quiet. The only thing, besides Carrie singing, was a guitar playing. Otherwise, the arena was dead quiet. Which is why, people called Carrie's show stopping moment. Which, it was.

Oh she has no idea how much she helped me- through the illness of my mom- her diagnosis- treatment, hospitalizations etc for her cancer. Play on was and still is my go to song when I need a kick in the ass to keep on going!

I would give Anything to start from nothing and fall into the hands that were able to guide you to whee you are today. I'm so so so proud of you and all your achievements. Through it all you have remained humble and so close to your fans. My dream come true would be meeting you in a low key setting just sharing stories about growing up and learning from the same artists and have some fun singing on the bus or backstage! How much fun would that be with not only an aspiring artist but with a sensational woman/mother/wife/singer/songwriter/actress and so much more!! I would do anything to make this happen! It would be such a huge honor and dream come true!

This performance was exquisite. I love the choices she makes in this rendition. She was both delicate and strong with her delivery. This was a moment. I wish she would record this version just to hear it without the noise from the audience. This felt somehow simultaneously very similar and different than Dolly or Whitney’s versions.

Never going to happen, Carrie has too much respect for Dolly to do that. Main reason, Carrie recorded "I Told You So" she never except it to go No. 1 for her. Carrie apologize to Randy Travis for it doing that. And Randy had no problem with it, actually that is why he allowed Carrie to record it.
