Real Fact: Carne Asada and Cabeza Cup of noodles have been part of many soccer stadiums in Mexico for many years. I had my first one around 1993.

For everyone who has watched Sam for a while you’ll notice that in the past he used to get very mad at the gardeners when they were working while he was recording outside or when dogs would bark ect. But since the lockdown I’ve noticed a change in his behavior, the same things that used to send him over the edge no longer have that hold on him. Thankyou for continuing to make videos and bringing joy to many people like me.

Been putting carne asada in beef ramen for years w a little Tapatio or Siracha for some extra love and people thought I was crazy, but it’s delicious! Plus those noodles need the added protein otherwise you’re still hungry afterwards. Thanks for always presenting us with bomb dishes, Sam!

I am pretty sure most Hispanics marinate their meat in some version of Teriyaki sauce. At least that is what we did at this cantina, not authentic Mexican but many have the same taste down here in Houston.

Amazing idea. You can do lots of stuff with Ramen really. You probably could put it in a bowl and use the actual brick kind (for a pan) which doesnt take long either. I like the fusion on this one.
"The flavors will sing, young Max!!". I can understand Max's confusion with the question why you add salt, because sometimes Sam's answer to any question he asks Max is "because we can". This looks delicious. The only thing I would do different is not putting it back in the cup of noodles container. It would have been much easier to eat, and more more beautiful in a shallow pasta dish. Also, Sam do not cut your hair. I want to see an afro by midsummer. Lol
