Cardio Workout At Home - 30 Min Aerobic Exercise

This 30-Minute cardio workout can easily be done at home. Cardio workouts are helpful because they help burn much more calories in less time.
This in turn gives you good weight loss results, a healthier heart and a better circulation.
For better fat loss results you should do this workout 4-5 days per week.
Do the workout and don't forget to subscribe to the channel and receive workout videos regularly: each Monday. Wednesday and Friday!

Tip: If you get tired of it, stop. Dont hurt yourself. Tip #2 Try not to drink a lot of water it will cuase cramps and make the workout harder for you

when I get used to get tired I used to give myself 5-15 minutes breaks every 10 minutes

Im pretty sure if u get cramps it’s bc ur body is dehydrated. But yes don’t drink a lot of water RIGHT BEFORE ur workout bc that will cause cramps.

I have heard drinking water is good because you get cramps because of dehydration, lol
This workout really works I lost 7kgs within 3months. Initially it wasn’t easy I was sweating like hell but after completing it feels so good. Good luck beautiful ppl out there👍🏼

That's good, I'm gonna start doing this like twice a day. I'm not too overweight but I'm out of shape. I also want to get back into shape since I used to play sports. Once I do this cardio everyday ima stay doing it but also do Muscle building excersize as well. To get muscle on my body once again since I used to be able to do 75 push-ups a day and now I can hardly do 10

Love this workout! I usually do this video on Wednesdays and different videos, an outdoor jog, eliptical and stationary bike on my other work out days. I don't take breaks to make it more intense. I just continue each exercise until the next one begins. In order to make it even more intense jump when twisting side to side and run in place when doing arm circles. Make it your OWN!

This training is by far the hardest for mi. But at least once a week it is obligatori for me😀 In addition i do daily exercises in the morning, in the evening a nd exercises for the abdomen, arms, legs... I definitely love it💗
I tried this workout today for the first time. I am so impressed by how effective it was. I went in thinking this will be a breeze as I'm moving to a cartoon characters pace but oh was I wrong because I soon realized I adapted to my own natural pace. I must say this is the best cardio workout I've tried in terms of home videos. Roberta, I thank you. I shall stick to this particular workout for the next two weeks to complete dry January so I'll keep you posted in terms of progress😊

This one is quite a challenge...still capable of only 20min...i love this one
Day 2 is easier than day 1...wow...thank you for this cardio work out...im sweating a lot...i get tired so much after it that when i get uf i feel a little dizzy...but it got easier and longer minutes doing it every day...hope to complete it with less tiredness i the coming days....
Note and tips: don't over do it ! I have 5-10 minutes of this exercise is enough for beginners like me because its the first time!
Damn this workout kicked my ass. I haven't done a workout like this in God knows how long. So naturally I did have to pause from time to time. But hey! I did it. I feel great. I've put on too much weight lately. I'm trying to fix that and I want to be healthier again. 🥀🖤

Hi...this is my first day of exercise and🏋🏻 I decided to do this one and after 16 minutes I felt very hot from inside and coudn't do it anymore ( exhausted😣🤤)....but till 1⃣6⃣ min I had not taken any extra break.......Love you're channel

Day 1 After doing cardio for 5 min I was breathless I stopped for few mins started again but again stopped at 10 mins bcz I was again breathless and stopped video at 15 mins (it was my day one and I'm lazy it's quiet challenging to complete the whole video at your 1st day) hope I will do more tomorrow Day 2 Stopped at 7 mins bcz I did cardio today after eating dinner that's why I stopped bcz food in my stomach is doing cartwheel Day 3 Stopped at 20 mins my legs are hurting It took me 40 mins ..but anyway I did better today as compared to yesterday

I find this really helpful. It is easy to do at home without any side effects of not having a trainer. At the same time, it is helping me to shed 200 calories. I will come back with a result here.

This was my first day and I was sweating like I do in gym. These exercises are so much better than ones we do in gym using machines. And the best thing is my muscles didn’t feel sore like they do after using machines and weights. Thank you

The one we do in gym using machines are not cardio those are strength building exercises,which are for bodybuilding and cardio is for weight lose and just keep ourselves fit and maintain a good posture

Awesomeness exercise it is like a harder exercise but you do daily it is a easier cardio workout . I am only 12 years old and I also do . My mom my sister is also do this workout . It increase our height and it lossing the weight

This is the one and only video in youtube that i play everyday in the morning... I think doing this workout 4/5 days and 20 minutes per day is enough for loosing 1 kg in a week...I started it when i was 77,now I'm 69. Love from Bangladesh... ❤❤❤

I just found this workout after so many other videos and I figured out that is too good for me. Just one question.. I am dancer and if I combine this exercise with my dance practice I feel it is too much for the muscles. How many times in the week do you suggest that I do this workout? Maybe can I reduce the time? It's is my second day of exercise. First day : I completely this exercise 6:03 min before.i was tired but didn't do any dieting my current weight is 89 goal is to get perfect body Day 2: I did this exercise 7:33 min before.before exercise my muscles was aching alot .it's was really hard to make myself do it but in the end I did it🎉🎉🎉

Yesterday i saw this video. Yeah! First day it was really hard to do. Did only for 15 minutes. My leg was hurting.. Today the second day i relised it was not that much tough..i And i completed 25 minutes today..i sweat alot.. I can feel the difference in just two days.. I got some energy to do anything.. Its just amazing...

It's an killer workout... Mine body is like helll tired... I'm doing this cardio workout because of my heart. I don't do exercise before and I have a health problem now. I hope that it will help me to have a healthy body again. My everyday routine is to wake up, eat and using phone wholeday Eat, sleep and game. Very unhealthy lifestyle. 😢

Today i tired to follow one of your videos it was really good i felt really active while i was doing it i didnt feel any pain ..... So im gonna try to keep up with this cardio workout for two weeks i hope it will affect me ... Im really hopeless about my weight and its make me sad sometimes that i cant wear or do anything free im an 19 years old my last weight check was 87kg i hope i will reach 70 or 60 Im starting from today and im down this year for body change i will keep up updates here in the comment section Last but not least Thank you for this program

Since it's my first day, I had to take so many breaks apart from the rest time she gives. I was sweating rivers and my heart was racing like hell. Totally exhausted😥

It's great what you did, Swa :) Feel free to use more rest time if you need to. Listen to your body and what it needs. And if you're a beginner, I suggest you do a quick workout like 7-10mins (you can find tons of these in our channel) and find which one works best for you. The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly. One that will not burn you out and make you dread working out. Good luck and I hope you do exercise!❤️💪

I’m this is old but every ten minutes I took a 5 min break. It’s healthy to get your breath back every once in a while
Done for today For plank jack ,I got to replace with plank For last 2 jumping jack .. I replaced with 10 jumping jack n 20 squats because I was tired .. managed to complete.

Woah this is difficult and I love this am slightly obese I started with jump rope and I was able to do 1500 per day in 50 min I got bored of it and stoped I started gaining the few lbs I dropped back then I stumbled on this I could only keep up till the 8min I hope in a month time I can finish this

The video is only 30 mins but it took 2 hours for me to do all the exercises And yeah it's my first day I completed all the exercises 😃 I'm so happy today coz I did all the exercise Before starting it first I saw comments and they were hell so I thought I can't do But yeah I did it Even it took 2 hours I did it😅

Day 1:coudnt'nt complete all but then again tried at night its soo effective Day 2:can only done it 23:35 min

I stopped at 4:23, I'm 21. I feel so ashamed of myself. I stopped because I felt a strange pain in my throat.
Please do a 30 or 45 min workout for pcos/pcod patients because its too hard to loose weight in pcos
Day 1: I made it until 4:32 ( I couldn't do more than that. ) Day 2: 6:15 ( I feel so thirsty now, I don't drink enough water everyday. )
I was finally able to finish the whole video let’s goooo

I'm doing this since couple of weeks but instead still no changes..😶 and one more kg I have gained I don't know how and why..😑 it sucks..but still I'm process.. Won't stop.💕

Hi Shaheen. Well done for continuing on. Perhaps the lack of weight loss progress could have something to do with your diet, your sleep pattern or perhaps your gained muscle when you weighed yourself last. So perhaps you could look into these things. Good luck xo

Stay away from sugar and salt. Eat healthy food & fruit.. Drink water... & workout daily and done... & reply me... That you lose weight...
