Hi It’s a simple yet ideal weight and space saving solution. Thanks Phil 🙂👍
Hi Phil, we did a similar installation for the same reasons. However what we also did was add power to the inside of the wardrobe, then added an access hole to run the cables. This means there’s no cables on show. A very neat solution.

Hi GB that’s a great idea. Like you I hate wires all over the place. My home cinema setup has all the wires buried and hidden away. Many thanks Phil 🙂👍
Hi Phil, Been ‘vanning since 1983 and have very rarely used a TV, ( we have one in the loft ) as we can always find something ‘better’ to do than watch TV, but each to there own, I do smile at the units that have massive Satellite dishes and Several TV’s ( Enjoy)

Hi Steve. I fully get were you are coming from. We tend to listen to music a lot, however we do like to watch a film now and again mainly when its raining like now . Yes some of them have the big domes on the roof which hardly assists with drag. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. Phil👍🙂
Certainly tidied up the TV area Phil 👍. You could fit another matching socket in the wall to eliminate the trailing socket. Thanks for sharing, Rob & Gail. P.S. Gail’s asking if Juliet saw the BBC Northern Soul at the proms on Sat Bank Holiday weekend, even I enjoyed it 😀

Hi Rob n Gail. Matching socket would be an idea. Juliet has not watched it yet. I think she will watch on catch up when we are back from our current trip. Thanks to you both P&J👍🙂
That looks a very tidy set up Phil. I personally cannot abide trailing cables. Although that, said last week I woke with the mains lead from our Avtek around my feet !

Hi Martin it’s a great option. Don’t get tangled up. Thanks Phil 🙂👍
Looks a neat setup. Appreciate your concerns about copyright strikes but any chance you can show exactly how you manage to use the single remote to control TV and Fire Stick and what it looks like on screen when navigating around? That, coupled with powering the Fire Stick and soundbar off the TV USB, is a real game changer for me 👍

Hi thanks for watching. I will explain more in my final review after testing. The remote works the fire stick via hdmi 1 which an arc port like domestic tv. Thanks again Phil 🙂👍
In consideration of our neighbours we use sets of Bluetooth headphones. Works very well

Isn’t there a bracket to attach soundbar to bottom of tv

Hi Bob to be honest I’m not sure. I personally would not do that as it would add weight to the bracket. I can see how in some Caravans it would be a great idea. Thanks Phil🙂👍
Hi Phil How much did all the gear cost you

Hi Jerry. Thats a good question. They were sent for review at no cost. However if they were not up to the job I would record the review as I always do. I understand Falcon had a deal were you could get the Sound bar for free if you bought a TV. My final thoughts on this set-up will be out on Sunday 10th December. I hope this helps. Many Thanks Phil🙂
