Created in 1977, The World's Strongest Man™ has become the premier event in strength athletics. For over 30 years, the strongest men on the planet have come together in a series of unique and amazing tests of strength to determine The World's Strongest Man. The competition has travelled to stunning and varied locations such as Zambia, Iceland, Mauritius, Malaysia, Morocco, China and the USA.
For over three decades The World's Strongest Man has tested the limits of human strength, power, and endurance. The best strongmen on the planet and the most demanding challenges including Fingal's Fingers, Truck Pull, Dead Lift, Giant Farmers Walk, Plane Pull and the Atlas Stones have made the event a highlight in the TV calendar and the show a family favourite with a worldwide audience of over 220 million people.

I get that these clips are from the edited down version that airs on tv but can we please add everyone lifts back in and release that on youtube? Not getting to see more than half of the competitors lifts really sucks for those of us that are true fans of the sport. Showing only 4 athletes is ridiculous. Not showing Brain Shaw is criminal

Theyve already uploaded videos of every event in the final with every lift shown! ☺

@@roberte289 You are correct. I realized I have already watched the full event videos when they were releaeed 6 months ago. Don't understand what the point is of posting these short videos now though. The order they release stuff gets confusing and I often forget what events I have watched from which years

@@kcolbert4540 ya i dont get it either. Views i suppose. I also like how in the other upload they dont have the "reps to beat" and in this one they dont have the timer on screen. Is it too much to ask for both

@@roberte289 Exactly. I notice that they often don't have the timer on the screen unless it is down to less then 10 seconds and someone is still going for another lift. Then they will have it pop up on screen. Without the timer always on the screen it is really hard to know in the moment how well someone is doing or see how they are pacing themselves

Oleksii was purely possessed in his performance. Love how the Georgian came quick to assist him afterwards

Honestly, if an athlete is beyond the half way point of a lift within 3 seconds and time runs out, I think it should count if they lock out that is. Football players get to complete a play if regulation time runs out, so it is kind of the same thing.

Why would they choose to use a Jeep Cherokee? The worst U.S. made vehicle of the last 15 years.
