The Flintstone Barbell during the 2022 SBD World's Strongest Man Final was a battle for the ages! Three former WSM Champions (Martins Licis [2019], Oleksii Novikov [2020], Tom Stoltman [2021]) go rep-for-rep until a World Record of 246 KG (542.3 LBS) is posted.

2:05 is an insane display of raw power. He deserved the previous lift, it was quick but he had it.
Both Tom and Oleksii lifts look so different but are so incredible. Oleksii had a perfect lift, you understand how he can lock out a 150Kg dumbell ; Tom did it raw strengh mod with push press
This event was so fun to watch
Gotta love when WSM risk the competitors career and have the lift like Tom be accepted 😂😂

@neal520 maybe but it needs is just small second. Using a slow mo video if there lock out then it's fine. Tbf I agree it did look soft regardless I don't think it would made much difference anyway points wise u could tell Oleksii was gassing out pretty quickly

Second last lift was a bad call but he nailed the weight after so it’s all good
Novikov perfect technique
Novikov = master of technique 🎓
Novikov is freakishly strong

Tbf the last lift he did was comfortable one before some reason he made slight meal out of it

Man locked out 240Kg without a jerk, just triceps power. Both deserve 1st and second place

Stoltman barely made it. . . Both times.
