Well, I've had to watch it three times cause the rain was so good I fell asleep twice watching.......lolol... love when you just leave the camera on and we hear the rain pounding on the tarp. Greetings from Halifax, Nova Scotia. We have had a spell of extremely cold weather ( well, cold for us). -8 to -17. My car battery died. II discovered car batteries are in very short supply. Some types have a month + waitlist. Also car replacement parts are in short supply. My son has had a car rental now for 2 1/2 months as the body shop is waiting for parts. I managed to get a battery but spoke to a lady who waited 2 weeks for the type she needed. Yes, your solar lights are lovely and provide a gorgeous ambience!! Wondering if you have fireflies in New Zealand? Enjoying every single one of your videos!! EVERYTHING about them!! I've so enjoyed this Tony & Bruce, as always! I only watch ppl who are honest, humerous and show there cock ups because they can come thick & fast when camping, as all campers know all too well ! I'm not a fan of anyone who makes less than a 45 minute video, so you are well into my enjoyment category 😊. If my favourites do make a 30 minute one, i will watch. As for birds, we adore them too; in fact, we have our beautiful budgie Wilson, who free flies & is never in his cage unless he wants to be there! He sleeps beside us on a perch. He's a talker, too, so he keeps us well entertained. Last but not least, when we're hiking thru a forest, the robins always come and sit beside us when we cook our lunch, waiting for food. Delightful they are!

One of the fun things about camping is planning our meals. We always eat well when we camp. 🙂.

Ca. Ping always throws something into the mix (bugs in coffee, exploding pancake mix, the perfect flip ☺ ) but that's way we love camping, it's never a repeat of the last time. Close to nature and a world of surprises, it great.

Happy 17th Brandon, be safe in that new car. Wow Tony, dinner looked amazing and brown gravy is my favorite food group. I could drink the stuff. Brucie was having fun running around, chasing bugs maybe? A blooper video sounds great. I love how you keep it real, you don't edit that stuff out. Just a normal guy out camping. And yes it happens to everyone. I would love to see a Matthew Posa blooper reel. I'm not a dooms day shtf girl but I watch Canadian Prepper. Being prepared is never a bad idea. Better to be then not to be. We pick up an item here and there if we see an actual need for one. That bug lamp was cool. It didn't even kill the moths. I'm going to get one of those but I will release them away from camp, hehe. The tent was cool but I have purchased two tents from Walmart and both leaked rivers into the tent. I am extremely happy with my new Wawona 6.

Fun fact: the red liquid in the package with your meat isn't blood, it's myoglobin, which is typically inside the muscle but seeps out a few hours after muscle damage occurs (like being chopped up by a butcher). Either way, though, nice protein treat for Brucie.

I bought it to use in my bigger drafty mostly screen tent.i have u different sized tents I've used for years but never with a tarp. Wow that Roast looks so Delicious!

You probably already know this (I only learned it about five years ago), but after cooking your meat, it will reabsorb its juices if you wait five minutes to cut into it. I loved hearing the Eurasian skylark and seeing the Bush robin, as well as the Weka in an earlier video. I think the perfect tent would be elevated, popup and have the configuration and quality of the North Face Wawona. You ought to invent one like that Tony! It’s always great fun to watch your videos. I’ve got a 4 person pop up designed by a motor cross company. Built for high wind. I’ve had it for donkeys years and I love it! Used it ocean side as well with super high wind. Never a problem. Seams and zipper are solid. I little condensation, but not much. Love that it folds flat. Thanks for another fun adventure! Hi Bruce 🐶

Since I found your videos I've been binge-watching. Camping has always been my favorite thing to do. Years ago when my boys were small I took them and my younger brother to a place we call paint Creek and stayed for three weeks under a tent I had made out of very very heavy plastic. It was very close to the Appalachian Trail. I am now 75 years old and I don't get to Camp anymore and I sure do miss it. But I sure do love watching you and Brucie. He is so cute. That airstream is absolutely beautiful. Who needs a tent? That roast looked so good and you eat so juicy. What a life, I can see if you had no family you would camp out full time. You make it look so enjoyable. You can tell Bruce really loves it.

It would be nice for Bruce to have a dry mat to lay on . Considering that the ground is soaking wet. A small rubber backed rug dose not cost much. They roll up nicely and do not take up much space. Have them for both my dogs and lay them under cover close to us.

You are so right on the supply chain situation. Several things I’ve tried ordering are either out-of-stock or stuck in traffic somewhere. I just tried ordering the cordage clips you use to make your tarp tie downs and those are out of stock with no ETA. It’s gotten to a state that if you see it now and you need it, it is best to get it. Just so glad to watch your videos to take the edge off the world’s happenings.
