Trading companies can offer an assortment of products. Dealing directmy with one source requires larger quantities.

Thanks for the very informative content. Hey guys I have a question about sourcing products. Anyone feel free to answer based on your experience. Let’s say, you sourced a bunch of goods from a supplier and are ready to sell them to your market. What if a customer needs after-sales service? e.g. The customer requires technical assistance with your product. However, you are an intermediary and have not technical expertise to assist. How do you manage these situations?

It's well air conditioned, so shorts and tshirt is fine, but sometimes it gets quite humid and can have heavy rainfall in Guangzhou so waterproof is also required!

Yeah sure I would ask all those questions, basically you can ask anything you like which makes you feel more comfortable to make a buying decision. In terms of 'how big is your factory' I would be asking: - How many workers do you have in your factory? - Which markets do you supply? - What certifications do you have? - Who is your biggest customer? - How many units can you produce per month? This will give you a good idea of how big they are and then you can decide if they are the right size to align with for your brand :)

Hi Kian, I'm interested in starting to export products that require 2 stages (getting the raw bulk material from different countries, packaging it in bottles and boxes, and then getting it to Amazon FBA in USA. I live in Canada). Ultimately I want to find a system for this to be as cheap as possible and automated. Do you have some recommendations for it? I can't find any video or info online!

You can simply share the name of the supplier which you trust so we can also contact them to manufacture our ideas. But that never happens. Because that does not make you money. Just guess. To take 2 full days filming, hire a videographer, hire an editor to put the video together, cover travel expenses to get to the fair to make this video. And then how much do you think KZread ad revenue generates for a video like this? Email me k@sourcingwithkian.com and i'll show you the screenshot of how much KZread pays for this video, by the time this video gets to 1,000 views I'll be lucky if it pays $10. Now knowing what I do in product development / manufacturing and supply chain where the Olympics and NBA are my clients, do you think I would make a video like this to make $100? There are some people in the world which actually want to help because they have experience in the field and can help people a lot of time and money from education. You just have a negative mindset my friend. Also read above in the comments, I replied to the comment saying which manufacturer do you need connected to and I will get you the info.
