I was 100% sure Kepler wouldn’t renew theirs and I was wrong. 😭 but I guess it’s different here cos Gidle are definitely better off without Cube so hopefully they don’t renew in the end.

00:45 The thing about Cube is that companies that rely so heavily on one group at least use the money they are making to promote their other groups, but that’s not the case! Half of Pentagon is waiting out the rest of their contracts, LIGHTSUM hasn’t had a comeback since October (and that was their first comeback since May of 2023), and Now-A-Days, Cube’s new boy group, has disappeared.
Finalllllllly someone mentioned the lack of subtitles on the majority of Weki Meki's youtube channel. It drove me crazy! Like something so seemingly small plays a huge part in global outreach. How do you expect people to relate to them and have each member's personality shine when we can't understand their interactions fully (Of course I took it upon myself to find fan sub videos, that's what made me love them). That leads to more fans making edits on socials which leads to more people's interest. Fantagio really dropped, then kicked the ball to the either with Weki Meki.
7.PERIOD. I also noticed this sort of cold shoulder toward EXO. 8. They deserve it soo much. SM just seems to fail to many of their artists non wonder they leave once they can. Even the seniors Idols who staid for Soo long like Shinee and and Super Junior left.

Not only them suffer, also txt. During temporary bts absence hybe is losing a huuuuggge money mountain, and they want to compensate it. Also imo, hybe dont think that enga are valuable, they screwed their career since the start and now just dont want to spend their sources on them. And since bh is going to debut bg in the near future, I bet, this new bg will be the priority.
I really wish all the members of ZB1 that are from Yueha don't sign that contract because they'll be only kept in the dungeon and their talent will be lost. It's also kind of sad to see another Mnet group being close to each other and having a great bond disband again. 8) I just know SM hates winwin so bad for not letting him participate in the comeback despite him saying he was free and that his schedule did not overlap with Wayv's, yet they decided to keep him out of activities when rn he's just sitting home doing nothing. They already removed him of NCT 127 despite the fact it was the period where he started to get a lot of fans. There was no reason to remove him of NCT 127 and now to erase him from this comeback. The way SM treats it's chinese idol is already questionable and they never learnt. They used to beat their chinese idols, starve them, keep them in the dungeon, not paying them at all ever, and yet they got away with everything. I can't celebrate Wayv's first win knowing Winwin was not able to join for no reason at all.

I rarely hear of EXO, people either stan only EXO or every other group under the sun BUT EXO, who serve and deliver in every genre they dip their toes into, it's so sad seeing people not give them the credit they deserve for literally breathing life back into Kpop, they were the trendsetters where other groups wait for them to comeback for inspo, they are too talented to be brushed off, I hate how the industry acts like it wasn't built on the backs of EXO, it's the songs, the concepts, the music videos, the choreos the concerts, the stage presence and HUMILITY, they literally started a lot of the stan subculture back in 2012 and made them standard it makes me so mad! I just want them to create more music as a group without SM hassling them and a lot more promo so people can enjoy good songs.
My poor baby weki meki. They had such good music. I had hope in 2021 but then time moved and it was 2024😭 i hate everyone for their downfall
1. Cube isn’t managing any of their groups right. They know that G-(I)dle is their money maker, so they’re milking them dry before they leave. 2. WayV got new management, just imagine how successful they would’ve been if they were properly managed from the start. 3. EXO is one of the most successful groups to all time. Or have people forgotten? I know they are an older group, but I hate how people are calling these impactful groups “flops”. From Twice to EXO, just shows how they’re just throwing words around.

I really think the only thing that Cube is doing for Gidle is giving them money and filming the MVs with them. I guess the rest is all made by them and I`m sure if the girls wouldn`t write and produce songs themselves, they would have been ended like Lightsum and Pentagon when they were still under cube: completely ignored with barely comebacks.

About Ricky, Lets get one thing straight, The poor guy was FORCED by the company to dye his hair black even tho he requested the company to leave it dyed some other colour. So Its not his fault. Secondly ZB1's only concept isnt only ''approachable boynext door'' as we see with the 2nd album, Crush is a more powerful concept nd then In their 3rd Album w Feel the pop, they take on a hyper pop concept. Thirdly, Not everyone's face is made to fit the cutesy, approachable makeup, with people like Ricky with sharp prominent features, that makeup style would look out of place. But he does try cuteish makeup from time to time. I see where you are coming from But these points need to be kept in mind too
Also abt Ricky, dk where yall got this ''Ricky is scary and isnt relatable'' type, Actually give him a chance and see his lives or how he actually acts in zb1 content and yall will see a completely diff image than what yall see him as. Hes so polite and kind as confirmed by many idols like Yugi etc.
Gidle will not renew, I hope at least. Even tho I personally think Soyeon’s craft has taken a slight downfall, there’s no denying she knows how to make a decent song . Soyeon doesn’t really need Cube anymore, she’s come a far way since training days and Produce 101. As for the rest of the members, I hope they stick together
