+ the reason falcos FS doesn't change with wolf is because it instead changes when you hit multiple opponents

4:08 Actually, if you hit more than one opponent with Falco's FS, he says "We've got multiple bogies inbound!" instead, and if Fox's FS hits a teammate Wolf or Wolf's hits a teammate Fox/Falco (with team attack on), they will still have their altered dialogue.

When Snake gets Gray Fox as an assist he says “Just like old times Snake”

Something interesting I found is that spirit's defense will be nullified when caught by Mimikyu. While Mimikyu himself does decreased damage, fighters outside will do damage as if they had no spirits

Fun fact about Dr. Mario’s move names: His down air, the “clear!” actually received that name in a patch. In vanilla smash ultimate, the tips section labeled his dair as the “bone drill,” after the spinning dair he had in Smash 4. In a later patch, the tip was changed to a new name, more fitting for his new, non-drill-like dair. This is evidence that most of the tips section was actually copied and pasted from the previous game. Pretty neat, huh?

One was, at least. The tip for Captain Falcon's up tilt is completely wrong. It says that the heel spikes (which is still true), but it implies that *only* the heel spikes, which was only true in Sm4sh. It also tells you to try hitting someone with it as they grab the ledge, which doesn't work in this game.

What Mason said. In previous games, he would slam his heel into the ground, but now he stops it a little before that. The hitbox ends too high up to reach anyone on the ledge, even big characters like DK. And in case you weren't aware, in Sm4sh, only his heel spiked and the rest of his leg was a sourspot, but now the whole thing spikes.

You should totally do a move name video! One of my personal favorites is Kirby's down tilt, lovingly dubbed the 'Squish Kick'.

Falco is technically “star fox” too since that is the team name. Fox himself is Fox Mccloud, he is not named star fox. So wolf is right, it works for both of them.

Something interesting I found recently, I found that spirits affect the damage of Snakes box, Luigi’s down taunt, and Greninja’s down taunt. Spirits also affect the damage of Robin’s tomes and swords when being thrown away

I guess it still makes sense for Wolf to call Falco "Star Fox", given Falco's a member of the team "Star Fox".

So fun fact I just learned about, if you kill someone with wack while charging neutral b, the charge will cancel This may work with other animations or moves

Here's the most pointless fact I know: There's a pretty funny developer oversight with the Yellow Devil stage boss on Wily's Castle. As we all know, after a little bit, he will break into pieces, shoot those pieces across the stage, and reassemble himself. Out of these pieces he shoots at you, 3 travel directly along the ground. The second one of these has no hitbox, but the other 2 do. I discovered this on accident, while me and a friend tried beating the Yellow Devil like you would in Mega Man 1 but in slow motion, and after some testing, I confirmed it absolutely has no hitbox. This could technically be useful but like who plays on Wily's Castle anyways

Falco actually does have a different bit of talking dialogue for his Final smash, it only happens when he gets two or more people in his final smash

Also, Falco normally says in his final smash, “Time for a little payback!” But when it hits multiple opponents, he says, “We’ve got multiple bogies inbound!

(6:06) That has been since Brawl, and has been a thing you need to know as a Marth player when using final smashes. But still good to point out.

4:34 yeah, he's got green vein looking things. 4:28 got it. At this exact moment the glow was green, and you know how the fs glow changes colors. Basically if you ever played with the camera and turned all effects off, you'll see that the person with the final smash has a glow on their body, or rather, any light source produces a glow upon nearby fighters. Say it's a particle effect, Roy and his neutral special. There's a giant fire effect in front of Roy and when you turn that off, you'll notice Roy's model still has the glow from in reflected on them. With the final smash, it's basically one particle effect on the player model constantly until used or activated. Here, the effect's current color is green, and so green is reflected. But for some reason because of the staffs zoom in, (possibly any special zoom in thing) green stays reflected even though the particle color changed to say, pink. That's why it looks weird. Upon further inspection, it actually seems that the reflect changes color also as if there's another final smash reflected at it. But the particle continues the change color. Hmm... I bet the code must get confused and have what's reflected as a different color, while the particle continues to as normal. It also seems that the reflect effect is more intensified than normal. :/ That's neat. I think I covered as much as I could tell.

Some tidbits to add on to things in this vid: Cutscene final smashes also interrupt Hero's Swoosh spells and spell menu (this one's very annoying, especially since it stil uses up your mana-- it seems like small timestop frames like breaking the Smash Ball affect these too) Falco's Final Smash dialouge can be affected, if you attack multiple enemies Also, just cuz I think it's neat, a shield break's invulnerability won't occur in the last 5 seconds of the match, but it DOES in Sudden Death for some reason Good vid as usual!

Did you know pacman can stop any final smash that slams people down into the stage (mii brawler, robin etc..) by using his trampoline under his teammate that's getting hit by the final smash the last slamming hit wont activate cause his teammate will bounce on the trampoline saving his teammate with tramp.

Something I noticed similar to the Wario fact is DK's side B. If he's on tiny mode in special smash, DK will actually slide forward to hit where his head would be at normal size, then go back to where he was standing.

Another glitch with Lucas or ness is the if you have stage morph on and the stage start to morph and you use their final smash as it is morphing it breaks

Remember in brawl that meta knight walking was way much faster than ganondorf and bowser running

Fun fact if you ever do a video about moves: Toon Link's down air tip possibly references sans before he even made it in as a character. It's most likely a coincidence, but you'll see what I mean.

Ears, nose and throat is actually a domain that some physicians specialize in. Its also an mnemonic for patient care that clinicians use for assessments. The full mnemonic is HEENT, Head, Eyes, Ears, Nose, Throat.

Man, that Stamina Mode Phrase is such a Detail!

I found the spacey cutscene dialogue casually with my friend. I think i was trying to go falco against his wolf (he only plays wolf) i lost but we found out about the dialogue differences in the next matches and thought it was neat:)

Fun Fact*: During the animation of G&W’s throw, the character being thrown becomes his/her’s stock symbol, replacing his/her normal 3D model. *Not sure if this already widely known, but I just realized this now in a match.

With that 999 HP Stamina mode, In the past. I literally couldn't vanquish anybody when they have the stamina spirits (supports included).

apparently some characters with jump spirits make their shorthops go higher than their full hops. Also if you teach a spirit equipment style and pick pichu he will take more self damage, it says in equipment style it raises healing amount, so I guess it also raises self damage.

If you make a stage in stage builder with a platform and full wind moving upwards, if you then break your shield in the wind you will get stuck hovering at the highest point of the wind. I hope that makes sense
