The more I work in my spiritual powers, clearing outer and inner situation, the more I see “prophetic” dreams. They are not so much about future but about the reality that’s happening with my family members on the other side of the planet when I sleep. I then call them in the morning and describe what I saw, and yes they say that’s exactly what just happened

We intend to awake in this world, from the slumber of inner chatter, we can do the same in dreams: awaken and be present. In both cases something REVOLUTIONARY happens: we access our ENERGY BODIES which are normally kept aside, obscured by though. Suddenly your whole being becomes vibratory and alive.

Personally If I bother to analyse my dreams they are usually about something that's either happened, I've seen on TV or read somewhere recently, sometimes they are really bizarre and weird and at other times lovely and really enjoyable. My friend who is a counselor has done a lot of work on dreams and he believes they are our conscious and unconscious minds talking to each other in order to put everything, our thoughts, fears, worries, anxieties, hopes dreams and feelings into context. I'm not sure anyone really knows or understands a great deal about why we dream and what's going on when we do, some scientists and other people claim to know but personally I'm not convinced and simply accept them as something that just happens. 🙏

Well, I have to tell you, there is this tv-series called "Crime in Paradise," and the atmosphere of this production is so full of love that I very often fall asleep while I'm watching it, not because I'm not interested, but because an absolutely blissfull state befalls me. When I go to bed then, half awake, I can't even go to the bathroom any more, even when I need to badly. Sleep is so strong and deep then that my blather makes an incredible effort. Extraordinary. So I would suggest: do watch television before going to bed, provided that it is the right programme.

Hi. This is awesome I was about to comment almost the same comment and read yours. Lately I had a WONDERFUL lucid dream. Lots of times in past during lucid dreaming I would be trying to fly but having trouble staying up or controlling where I would fly, or fear falling, then last few dreams I had like this, I realized that when I would stop trying and just relax I would become weightless and float in the most peace I can comprehend, and felt myself one with everything. The dream was so nice I found myself remembering it, and asked myself what it meant. And it dawned on me suddenly what it meant, and I bet in the comments with you guys I don't even have to tell you the meaning. Lol, I had been struggling again without realizing it, and not being as present. Once I realized the meaning of dream to be letting go and letting myself be guided, some resistance I didn't know I still had just melted in that moment, lol, so when I feel I'm struggling I remember the feeling in that dream. 😅💞

There is no harm in dreaming while sleeping but the sleep becomes much more valuable and profound if you have dreamless sleep for the most portion of your sleep. To do so, you can try the following. You can do this even if you are not concerned about your dreams at all because this exercise cleanses you of all the garbage you have collected during the day. Any incident that happens during the day can be said to have two components: the psychological memory and the factual memory. For example, somebody insulted you during the day. The factual memory related to this incident is that somebody insulted you. It is the act. You remember it and there is nothing wrong with it. The psychological memory related to this incident is how you felt about what happened. For example, you might have felt offended. These kinds of feelings are unfinished portions of your life and sabotage the rest of your life in many different ways. They have to be cleared. So at the end of the day, when you are about to go to sleep, you can close you eyes and drop all such unfinished moments in your mind. Dropping means, look at them, be detached from the incident (meaning assume it has happened to somebody else which is actually the case), understand it. If you do this correctly, the incident cannot have any sort of psychological pull on you anymore. You will not feel hurt anymore. Clear all such moments that have happened during the day and then go to sleep. I personally happen to do this in installments during the day, every few hours or so for 5 to 10 minutes. Remember that unfinished moments of your life are not only those in which you have been hurt. You might have felt proud of yourself in that moment and the pride feeling has stuck. These "good" types of feelings over time make up a mind for you, a false face, a false mask. People might like it but they influence your performance and wisdom in your life. Now you have a mask that people like so you don't have to be present for a most portion of the day. That brings in all kinds of problems. There is nothing wrong with achievements but when they stick, they make a mind and once the mind is established, then achievements won't come anymore. Life becomes unnecessarily hard and not enjoyable. Drop such psychological memories as well. Clean yourself and go to sleep so that you wake up fresh in the morning.

so ultimately you can't control your mind when dreaming , it's on autopilot! I've been waiting for this question to get raised. I have always dreamed and can remember them, I'm 53 now and know what presence is and go there often throughout the daytime effortless presence... however when I sleep (dream mode)it is as if my mind has a free reign to apply its destructive force upon me, I'll be identified to something within the dream, I'll wake up and feel low and broken due to feelings following the dream. I then start the morning and have a lag before getting present again. It is so repetitive and has been going on for years. Being present in the daytime has not reduced the problem in dreamstate. Any advice greatly appreciated as I still don't really think Eckhart has addressed this, is it just something I have to endure, because I've been applying conscious awareness for years

I think it's quite common for people who have struggled in their relationship with their minds thoughts in past to experience a very active dream mind once their waking relationship with their mind improves. I guess it's the minds only chance to express its fears worries and concerns that we once listened to on a daily basis but now no longer pay attention to during our waking hours. Personally I believe like our unwanted thoughts, the more we analyse our unwanted dreams the more energy we give them and just like waking thoughts, dreams are mind activity and best seen as nothing more than our minds doing what all minds do. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Sounds a bit like your "applying conscious awareness for years" while awake is what Eckhart calls suspending or suppressing thinking, then these thoughts are free at night hence your dreams are back to your unconscious self with all the negative energy. I am not searching to understand dreaming - I accept it as random, both the dreams where I wake slowly and remember as they fade, and those where I wake suddenly and completely forget though I can feel the pulse of the action was taking place - but more so to understand presence and how to bring it into our life. I find that meditation is temporary relief to give the mind rest for the duration of meditation, but, something else may be required to shift the state of mind from constantly busy thinking to constantly aware and conscious with no thinking. When I was young I was perfectly present and not at all thinking, (ofcourse I did not appreciate or understand myself as being that way at the time, but I read Eckhart's books and went alas!) and something must have shifted my mind to thinking mode... and I can't help but feel that there should be a specific way to shift it back to that state so I don't need mediation or any techniques, just like Eckhart is always conscious and aware without constantly working to be that way.

Our minds can't tell the difference between thoughts/ imagination and reality but we can, which is why when we have a bad dream that frightens us, its actually our minds that are frightened and once we wake up we take control of the situation and simply accept its just a mind story with mind produced pictures. It's not so different from watching a movie, we know none of its real and we are, just watching actors and CGI creating an illusion,, but our minds and bodies buy into the movie as if it were real we jump, scream, hide behind a cushion or cry at sad scenes because we've handed control to our minds imagination. It's the same with dreams in my opinion, it's the mind that worries and creates explanations,, its the being that accepts what really is without the minds imagination. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

The questioner is not talking about dream state. He is talking about chattering mind in dreamless state. It happens with many people. There mind chatters even during dreamless sleep.

It's interesting stuff, I guess like some people can paint brilliant paintings while other people can write wonderful stories, we are all different in some ways to others, and there for a unique part of the whole 😊🙏🙏🙏😄

I consider my dreams to be jumbled up nonsense, primarily a mix of real life and film/ tv/ fantasy. It's meaningless, annoying & disturbing, but meaningless. It's just the mind trying to make sense of it all, but it can't because it can't distinguish real life from fantasy. Once you understand that, you pay less attention to it (it has less importance too).

Come on, stuff like these(i.e. presence or meditation is open, naturally arising of awareness without willpower to suppress thought but dissolves thought like shinning light in darkness) really should be part of 'The Power of Now' book. I think I used too much will power to meditate in the past like constipation...🤦‍♂ 😆

The dissemination of facts form particle fluidity during the neural interface of the sub conscious & conscious state of mind. The particle resolve is adjusted to form depth and dilution during a coherent, lucid, neural synaptic interface. In order to achieve a level of buoyancy in a static phase variance at the sub atomic level , a deficiency must inhibit a distribution of non essential cells. These cells must be woven into the fabric of a sub conscious * conscious state of mind simultaneously. If the factorization results in a non binary state of influx, the sequence will change. In order to have an understanding of consciousness, one must first understand matter. The matter/ energy conversion rate in this world is non linear. Why? Because you are living in a simulated world with Alien Beings, created by Alien Beings. My friend from grade 9 sometimes shares the same dreams with me. He is the most important human being in this entire world because he met the committee. His dreams at times may be of vital importance. He is the only one! I recommend an old t.v show for you Eckhart called VR5 with Lori Singer. This world is comprised of atomic facts which are composed using the power of 3 and existential pre - determined variables.

There are certainly different levels of sleep that for sure,, apparently it takes 3 hours of unbroken sleep before we hit REM sleep, which again apparently is the really good stuff that helps us be at our best when we wake up. I'm not a scientist but I've read articles from sleep clinics where they observe peoples brain activity while sleeping. 🙏🙏🙏

@@fatmasglobal I genuinely don't know Fatmas, I've very occasionally been aware that I'm only dreaming in my dreams before but not very often, mostly if I'm dreaming it means I'm asleep. Although when I'm really tired I dream very quickly after dropping off, within seconds, and I can sometimes fall asleep, dream, and wake up several times before I finally fall into a deeper sleep. Undoubtedly for me personally the more tired I am the more viid my dreams are, I have wondered in the past if its actually dreams our minds need more than actual sleep itself, I have absolutely no knowledge this is true its just something I've wondered about occasionally. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

@@johngreen4683 the statement in the question on the video was really strange, that the person's mind is chattering from the time they fall asleep until they wake up. We all know, because of the different stages of sleep, like you mentioned, that that is just not true. And even a dreaming mind is an observing mind, not a chattering mind. The mind only seems to chatter in the waking state. Am I right?

@@fatmasglobal your 100% right in my personal experience Fatmas, even when I was struggling at my worst mentally, where 95% of my waking day was consumed by my minds mental chatter,, I was free when I was asleep from the constant thoughts and judgements of my mind,. Obviously I can't speak for everyone everywhere but I personally have never heard of or met anyone who had constant self talk in the head while asleep. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
