Can diet improve memory? BBC News Review

What you eat could improve your memory as you age. That’s according to new research in the US that found people who had a diet rich in flavanols may be less likely to lose their memory. The substance is found in tea, berries, apples and cacao - the seed chocolate is made from. But while some scientists think eating more dark chocolate could help, others say more research is needed.

Thanks for providing your knowledge here. I learned genuinely much vocabulary to use in my conversations. Eating a healthy diet can keep/hold obesity at bay. Vitamin C can stave off colds. Looking for healthy and fresh foods is difficult in traditional markets, resulting in driving to quit eating them. More and more e-commerce is developing; we can easily seek and buy them anywhere. You know, health is the most important in life. So, we need to care a lot more about health.
