#stormlightarchive #brandonsanderson #stormlight5 Or more importantly can Dalinar unite the hearts of men and singers on Roshar before Odium wins?

Wow, nice work putting this together. You caught a lot of similarities that I probably dismissed as coincidence. It has a similar feel to the way that the Mistborn trilogy ended, fulfilling all of the literal prophecies that the PoV characters considered to be metaphors.

Thank you! It's fun to string concepts together and see what fits, and encouraging when other can follow my train of thought.

Maybe since it was just Easter and I have the veruse about the singing praises. So my idea is that the Singers will star singing a song on the verge of victory that will awaken the haearts of men. Thus with both groups hearts a blaze one of the singers and one of the humans will combine to form a new body for honnor.

Oooh epic rap battles in high fantasy (as pioneered by Tolkien) are another thing that I love. Ps: you may appreciate that the verse from Ezekiel was from the Easter Vigil readings.

The hearts of men has also some mechanical significance. Because I am 100% sure that the beat of the Rhythm of Honor is heartbeats. Lub-dub, lub-dub. That is why shardblades are awkened in 10 heartbeats. 10 is important to honor, heartbeats remind deadeye of Honor. If you read the Syl interlude, she says that the rhythm of Storm is Light-thunder, Light-thunder. I think BRandon took the common phrase "his heart thundered" and made it fully cannon and foreshadowing. Heartbeats might be the beat of rhythm of Adonalsium tho, common to all shard rhythms. Because, in the creation of rhythm of war, both Raboniel and Navani's heartbeats are explicitly said to sink up. Honor literally lives in the hearts of men. Lub-dub, lub-dub

Ooooh, that’s a good point about the shardblades. Again it’s so front and center that it’s easy to overlook!

Unpopular opinion but I hope they lose the duel with odium and dalinar becomes the general for odium. Dalinar becoming the big bad guy forced to roam the cosmere would be an incredible story. Imagine the ghost bloods forced to fight the blackthorn

That opinion is quite popular on this channel. Ghostbloods v. Odium/Blackthorn v. Honor's Radiants v. House Ladrian? (Scadrial good guys)-now there is a battle royal I would love to see.

My unpopular opinion - the Ghostbloods are "good guys" and only seem bad because we see them from the perspective of Rosharans. This is supported pretty heavily by Lost Metal, but I expected it from the moment we learned who Thaidakar really was.

Wow I got goosebumps by the end. I kinda want all of that to happen now and will likely be disappointed if it doesn’t.

I'm sure that Sanderson can land a sanderlanche in hundreds of thousands of words, better than I can sum up in 5 pages.

So, after much consideration, you still don't think Dalinar will become Honor?

But Kaladin might, for like a hot minute or two.
