This also means not wanting to lose. Arsenal and City will be challenging again next season, we need to drop this inferiority mindset. Let's grow up as a fan base because we know Ange's focus and we need to pull in the same direction, so that if we find ourselves in the same situation again we handle it as a fan base differently to show we've grown up and moved on.

Did you cheer Spurs to win or did you cheer on city when they scored ?

I think Ange has done a tremendous job when Tottenham lost Kane at the start of the season 90% of people thought they would finish between 6th to tenth the other 10% either had us fifth or near relegation the easiest way to play football and try and win is sit every one behind the ball and play on the counter that’s why all the relegation teams play that way Ange has turned this team to a possession based attacking team and is trying to get them to try and attack all the time and then once the mentality is there he will get rid of the rest of dead wood and change formation as he needs to + I don’t think there is a better motivational speaker in the footballing world

I think this season has been a success

Now let's just pause for a second and zoom out look at the bigger picture. First of all Ange WASN'T our first choice to replace Conte. Remember that. Many among the fan base myself included just wanted our club back. Remember that? We knew what we were buying into when we appointed Ange once it was clear that he was going to be the replacement. The football has been a rollercoaster but again we bought into that because we wanted our club back. We knew the brand of football coming and we also knew that we lack depth and personnel to sustain that brand. The point I'm making is that we knew. Ange has only had one full season taking a team sliding backwards and doing a decent job with not the full quota of the types of players he NEEDS. BARRING those two blips where we lost four on the bounce on two separate occasions Ange has fulfilled his mandate but there's still a hella work to do but we are on the right track. Please don't let this be Martin Jol all over again. Nobody has suffered more than Tottenham Hotspur fans we waited so long we owe it to Ange to give him time to get it working. All this talk about him being out of his depth is a nonsense. Have you ever been to a mates to help them say move into a new flat and they need this done and that done and to do it you need a half decent toolbox and all they got is one screw driver and a pair of pliers. Come on. You could do some things but you'd be fudging it for the most part. Give Ange what he's asking for to deliver what we've seen in it's entirety. COYS

Well said mare bravo what really pisses me off is some of these youtubers who probably can't walk properly let alone played the game are ange out as a neutral who have watched ange this year I think he has the team playing well the defence is good all he needs now is to fix the forward line that intern take pressure of the defence I think ange knows what he is doing if given the the players he needs and not necessarily superstars players who understand his system I think he will get results with spurs

If we’d started the season with 5 losses out of 6 then Ange would have been out by December. As it is, we’ve seen some good moments and most of us have seen enough to know that with patience this could be very good in future. We have many good players including an excellent back 4 and keeper and it’s moving forward from here.

We need: 1 backup goalie: 1 left back; 1 right back; 1 centerback; 1 defensive midfielder; 1 left wing; 1 striker; 1 set piece coach. And we need to get rid of something like 10 players. If levy cant make progress on the above list, not even pep can do anything.

Spot on Dave it was lost when we rolled over against Fulham, Chelsea and the Scum 100%. For he’s covering up his failings in his rant. But saying that if fans were cheering and wearing city shirts is unacceptable. If we lose today then all that Drama and his words mean nothing.

Its a very difficult task but its possible...Definitely need 5 or 6 very high quality players.IF the money to bring in the players comes along, then maybe the BIG 3 becomes 4?....He will be up against 19 managers who will have a plan to block AngeBall.Some wont have the quality but the teams around about, Chelsea United NewY will all strengthen.I think he wont get such a good start as this season and will be under pressure from the start.

I am also an Irish man, fun how people have short memories, managers or players can’t go after the fans ? Tell that to another Irish man called Roy Keane, I remember him calling United fans prawn samwhich brigade. I have heard Pap moan about the fans, so you can call out the fans if their not so far up their own A holes that they can see the bigger picture.

The position that needs to change is at the top ,always punch up. It the board want success by being a Brentford or Brighton model of selling club ,then that is the limit of their ambition , not a top 6 club but an also ran ,with ambitions of beating the odds occasionally . If that is the case ,change the pricing to match. Do not charge the fan base champions prices and deliver medicore results. Let Ange build the squad. Having medicore players sat in the roost, like Tanguy N'dombele locking in on Levy contracts ,yet happy to toss it off and living life on wages they have no intention of trying to earn , is not helping. That is part of the culture that needs to change , Levy contracts on youngster potential being overpaid and under performed, is not a good way of promoting a winning mentality. Player and Agents needs to be brought to challenge over, that with the Players Union allowed to represent if called upon , is a rational course of action, that should be included in all contracts ? That should not be upon the managers shoulders alone, to be the hatchet man and fall guy , for lack of structure at the club in its transfer dealings.

Maddison is very poor the 2nd half of the season by his standards, we need someone the same or better just in case he dropped form again.....Bissouma is average and should step up more, Kulusevski is most inconsistent......the only one i think who is good is Bentancur but he just came back from a serious injury and yet to be at his best......the main problem lies in midfield, to play fast and to move forward with accurate passing for the attackers to finish the job.

Way over the top with all our fans being so split, we have Ange fan boys cult, where Ange can do no wrong and Must not be criticised otherwise they jump down your throat. I hope Ange does deliver when given more time and a couple more windows, funny thing is he made some tweaks for the City game and we did well, Madders looked much more mobile and Dragusin is the clear call when Ange has defence problems. We won 8 from 10 early season and decent managers sussed the weakness in the system with Fulham and Newcastle, Ange will learn from it I hopel

No new coach will ever save Tottenham Hotspur Football Club so long as Daniel Levy is the Chairman and the Tavistock group own THFC! We have had factual evidence of this for almost a quarter of a century now! What will save THFC is if we are fortunate enough to get a new ownership from peple in the sports entertainment business like the owners of Arsenal, Liverool and Aston Villa. That's three out of four of this seasons CL qualifiers clubs who have owners who are from the sports industries! So no more excuses about us needing oil barons or imoral crimes against humanity owners to compete. Liverpool have prooved it can be done with sports owners and Arsenals sports owners have won them four FA Cups and are knocking on the door to PL title success. Whilst Aston Villa's newish owners have already made it to the Champions League. So the Tavistock Group (Levy/ENIC) OUT and people in the WINNING sports entertainments industry, like the owners of the Arsenal and Liverool in!!! Then we will get our Tottenham back from this OFFSHORE INVESTMENT company who have the worst trophy per season percentage stats of any THFC owners since World War Two...
