Fun watching you talk to your camera at the gas station, haha! One thing I also do is when I pull the filler neck out, I twist my wrist so it points skyward and no drips fall on your bike or car.

Love your videos! Learned a lot from them already! A lil trick I got from riding motorcycles and not wanting to stain them when putting gas in is to simply flip the nozzle up after shaking the excess out while you’re still hovering above the holes in the tank before pulling it away from your bike. That way the gas just goes right back in instead of out. 😊

I put a plastic tube extension ( one size larger so it slides over the outside stock tube) on the end of my gas over flow tube. Drilled small hole body plastic and used small black electrical tie to hold it to inside of lower body plastic, ran it just below frame so it never overflows on Ryker body or frame. I have always used the miles to empty. watch your videos because you act like a normal person instead of the attitude **** that gets old. Keep up the great work.

Hi Carlmac all the way from Sydney!! Thanks so much for watching!!! As far as the locking fuel cap...I really don't see the need for it. Plus, it's one more key to carry and one more thing to have to do at the pump. Unless you live in an area where people stealing gas is a real problem? If you are leaving your bike outside at night in an area that you are not comfortable with, then yes! Honestly the bike doesn't hold that much gas!!! lol. Ride safe and stay warm!

    4 жыл бұрын

I am excited for your comeback!! As to which bike to get, that is a tough question. I don't know enough about the spyders to advise you on which model to get. But it you are on the fence between a Ryker and a Spyder....here are some questions to ask yourself: Will you be taking a lot of long rides? Riding mostly with a passenger? Need cruise control and other comforts? If you answered yes, then the Spyder may be the bike for you. I love my Ryker but it is bare bones, and perfect for cruising around town etc. It's cheaper and more customizable.

@@RykerRydes Great advice!! After much research, I think the Spyder F3-T would be a good choice for me. I'm planning a test ride this week. But I must say , I love the simplicity of the Ryker and the fact that it's very customizable. The 900 would have been a good choice too. Thank you for great advice!

Hello. I just recently purchased a used can am ryker 900 cc ace. Isn't to bad. But I'm wondering whats the best gasoline to use 93 or just stick with 87. The only reason is because it doesn't have any special mods on it. It's just regular. But just really need to know if putting 93 will miss it up. And my bike is a 2021

Hi Louis, I appreciate you watching. As far as gas 87, 91, 93 are all perfectly fine. The manual suggest 87 for regular riding and 93 for optimal performance. I used to use 93, but switched to 91 when the gas prices went sky high.

I wondered when I would run out and how far I would need to push or walk when all bars disappeared and the warning light was on. Measuring on Google maps from the point where all the bars disappeared to making it to a gas station (thankfully), at an average speed of 45mph, I got roughly 5 miles. I am not sure how much further I would have gotten as I wasn't going to test it. When filling up to top, I had to fill 4.8 gallons, meaning I only had about 0.2 gallons left i the tank?
