In August of 2022, I bought the last of the 2021 new canam ryker Sport Rally in Phoenix, Arizona. 🤪 since then, I've ridden to Lake Tahoe, done the Million Dollar Highway US 550 south from Delta Colorado. I have also ridden I 25 north to Colorado Springs and then up Pikes Peak 14,110ft to the summit. During both rides, I never left Sport Mode. Only once have I ever gotten into Rally Mode, and that was once on a short dirt road east of Farmington, New Mexico, on my way to Taos, New Mexico, at which time w got into the most horrific sleet, rain and hail storm I'd ever gotten myself into September 2022. But, all of the time, I'd been riding, 16thousand miles, I never understood Standard Mode, and the instruction book just was too vague. Thanks for your input. Although I never went or tried to operate in Standard Mode. The only time I ever used Eco Mode is when I rode the Ryker home from the NASH Dealership in Mesa, Arizona, about 100 miles east of where I live. Every time I'd try to turn a corner, the Nanny would cut the power, I knew I couldn't have that. So from then on, it was Sport Mode for me.

That info about the 1800 rpm engagement is exactly what I was looking for. Something that needs getting used to for sure.

Very well presented bro. My Yamaha FJ-09 has rain, standard and stupid mode. If I turn off the traction control and switch on stupid mode, it power wheelies in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear 😁

It's funny, when you turn the ryker off and it's in sport mode. it'll default back to standard. It doesn't do that for any other mode.
