Here I am carving a sycamore vessel.
It was a tough old carve with the branch but it ended up being quite a welcomed challenge!

I find your work really therapeutic to watch. Just wondering, the curved blade/knife/sharp thingy must be difficult to sharpen… Excellent video 👍👍👍

It can be! Luckily the hook knife is hollow ground, making it much easier to make sure that I am sharpening correctly. It’s takes time and lots of patience but that’s what this craft is all about!
