I just got accepted from my first ever job in the BPO industry. I felt so happy and lucky that out of 120+ applicants, I was one of the 30 that got hired. Your videos have also been a great help to me through my progress in applying. Thank you very much! 😊 Quick background: zero job experience, senior high graduate, little to no idea when it comes to BPO stuffs. Tip for everybody: Never lose hope and always be confident!

Your channel is very helpful to everyone especially who don't have experience in a call center interview as well as fresh graduates in secondary level or college graduates and planning to apply in a BPO industry. Someone gets an idea of how to answer the question from the employer and how to speak clearly and confidently. At the same time, Someone can learn how to think properly and answer the right question. First thing first and think and answer it right away with a nice thought. Your accent and intonation are easy to understand and the vocabulary you could use is easy to catch up with. The bottom line of my comment is great topic and an awesome channel.

Beyond our knowledge, you have to be prepared to answer and give as much as you can. Accurately, you did not expect the interviewer to make you describe the color red to a blind person, did you? . It was awesome. Regards, Karla. ( I appreciate lot your videos.)

@@aizenfordpagulong264 they know and understand that u are gonna be nervious, just be totally honest and tell the interviewer that you will do your best even tho you are nervious. Now, main concern in some cases (actually im doing so amazingly well that im just 2 weeks into taking a course to become the next supervisor in the next months) is that you will be there just during training and leave before nesting/production. They will ask the typical "where do you see youself in the next 6 months/1 year/some years" the best way for the 6 months responding in a way that u make the interviewer know that you wont leave that quickly, for example "well, maybe in 6 months i could know enough about the service/product that i could be some sort of support for other agents" or "i see myself starting some savings to buy a motorcycle(thats what i said lol)" and in 2 years? "Well, comming here on my bike! Maybe even a car" The idea is make them feel like by hiring you they are gonna help you fullfill your dreams~ And about fluency, just practice practice and practice!

I've been thinking about becoming a call center agent, but eveytime I try to answer interviews, I keep on losing it! I think I need more than confidence, I need to meditate, and find my center. For those who didn't pass, eventhough you thought you are very capable already , it's not your fault, there must be something that you must fix first, in order to thrive in this industry!
