Why cant we just replace t with 4hours in the given equation?
A 60kg male given 5mg/kg drug orally. Assume it to be one comp open model with complete absorption. Find ke t1/2 vd....etc given in ques ...below given a table of time...how to solve this type of ques ?

Co and Ke values can be obtained from the given equation in the working example. If we compare it with general equation C = Co e(-ket) we can get Co as 20 mcg/ml and Ke as 0.57 hr-1
