    where does the 20 mcg/ml and 0.57 hr came from in the working example?

    Co and Ke values can be obtained from the given equation in the working example. If we compare it with general equation C = Co e(-ket) we can get Co as 20 mcg/ml and Ke as 0.57 hr-1
