Great presentation for beginners in pharmacokinetics. However, your decision to draw rate of elimination graphs where you suggest that a drug can be eliminated from the body in its entirety via zero order kinetics is not necessarily correct (I believe). Zero order kinetics are a transient state where you have maximal enzymal efficiency and capacity acting. However, once you drop below those rates you see a first-order elimination rate occurring. You cannot divorce the two. Still, GREAT video!
