20 gr. (0.7 oz/ 1/5 cup) pure raisins.
Top up with cold water for 15 minutes.
1 apple.
Cut the apple into slices.
Grease a 14 cm diameter frying pan with vegetable oil.
Use parchment.
Add some sweetener, I used stevia.
Place apples on top.
2 eggs.
Add stevia to taste.
1 teaspoon vanillin extract.
3 tablespoons milk.
Mix.
100 gr. (3.5 ounces/1 cup) oatmeal.
Grind.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Mix.
Add raisins.
Add the dough.
Cover with a lid.
Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
The cake turned out very tasty!

1 banana.
1 egg.
I use stevia as a sweetener.
Mix.
Add 30g of your favorite nuts. (1 ounce)
50 gr. (1.8 oz/ 1/2 cup) oatmeal.
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Zest of 1 lemon.
30 g (1 oz/¼ cup) sugar-free chocolate.
Mix.
Grease a 14 cm diameter frying pan with vegetable oil.
Use parchment.
Add the dough.
Cover the pan with a lid.
Cook over low heat for 25-30 minutes.
Garnish with lemon zest.
Decorate with sugar-free chocolate.
Close the lid for another minute.
