This truly one of the best cakes I have ever made or eaten. I just finished making it and I can not stop eating it. Delicious with ice cream or whipping cream, coffee, tea, hit chocolate, etc. A must for your guests. Thank you for sharing this recipe with the world.

I'm from the USA. I baked this cake today. I added cranberries to half of the cake to see how that would taste. I also added lemon zest and lemon juice to the apples. It is really delicious.

Все же масляный бисквит пышнее получается, если сначала в пену взбить белки с сахаром, потом добавить желтки на малой скорости, масло, потом муку просто лопаткой мягко размешивая, чтобы тесто осталось воздушным. Поверьте, при том же составе ингредиентов, тесто будет совершенно восхитительным👍

I had an abundance of apples but only 2 eggs this morning, so i made 2/3rds of this recipe and it turned out lovely! My apples were on the tart side so i cut them into tinier pieces and precooked them a bit on a pot with the sugar and cinnamon plus a dash of lemon. Very moist and yummy cake👌👌👌thanks for the recipe!

Tolles Rezept! Ich ersetze die Butter durch 6 - 7 Löffel Öl. Die Apfelstücke gebe ich erst nach dem Teig in die Form, sodass sie noch etwas rausschauen. Zum Schluss streue ich noch Mandelplättchen und ein Päckchen Vanillezucker auf den Teig und dann ab in den Ofen.

Ingredient wise, it’s similar to the ‘One Bowl Apple Cake. . The recipe I know uses baking soda instead of baking powder and a heaping teaspoon of cinnamon. Apples are prepped first so batter doesn’t stand too long before going in the oven. Love the trick with the parchment paper! Think I’ll try this one too.

@@Kirschnenko I am always the designated baker for my friends. One of them always invites an elderly couple, who ran a bakery for 40 years. This couple is always my personal challenge. This time, I made three different kinds, including your apple cake. And the woman got really angry. Scolding me, for not applying for a job at their bakery, before they closed it. He didn't say anything, he was too busy eating. And I absolutely love this experience. I will try more of your recipes. And get all the praises for myself ❤️

Вы не поверите уже 16 лет как я не пеку вообще раньше пекла ради старенького папы, которого уже нет, но ни разу не покупала разрыхлитель всегда пользовалась по старинке содой, а печь чтобы потом есть и поправляться зачем, здесь в Израиле итак всё есть. Здоровья всем

По этому рецепту печем такой пирог лет так 40. Добавляли правда растительное масло вместо сливочного. а для аромата цедру и сок лимона чуток. А теперь еще и корицу, по настроению)

@@Kirschnenko Mein Mann und ich haben diesen Apfelkuchen gestern Abend gebacken und es war einfach und der Kuchen ist wirklich gut. Heute backen wir wieder, denn der gestern gebackene Kuchen ist schon gegessen.Ich bin froh, daß wir dieses Rezept bekamen und mein Mann auch das Backen lernte. Vielleicht wird er mich irgendwann mit diesem Kuchen überraschen.

I commented an hour ago that I just put this in the oven.. It finished baking, cooled a little and I and my husband ate it and found it to be very tasty. Thank you for generously sharing your recipe. We are from the USA, state of Illinois. I will be making this again. I liked the advice of placing in the broiler after baking. I added a little more sugar and cinnamon to the top before broiling and it was great.

Отличный рецепт, сегодня приготовила, быстро, доступно, ничего лишнего, только вместо яблок добавила ревень.после выпечки форму не потерял, спасибо за рецептик.

Das werde ich sofort probieren! Die Apfelbäume werfen einem im Moment ohnehin die Äpfel vor die Füße, man muss sie nur aufheben (außer man denkt, dass sie im Supermarkt unter Klarsichtfolie wachsen).
