I made it today . We loved it. Such a great taste of apples with lemon juice ,lemon zest and vanilla. Besides , it is a very healthy recipe with little sugar and butter , but lots of apples. Thank you for sharing it. I will make it frequently since it is a heathy recipe and tastes very good.

И я сегодня испекла пирог. Сразу брала все вдвое больше и не прогадала. Использовала форму диаметром 28см. Очееень вкусньій, особенно, если вьі любите не тесто, а начинку. В меру сладкий, не приторньій. Я брала яблоки кисловатьіе, но в пироге они очень хороши. Девочки, обязательно берите етот рецепт. Хозяюшке огромное спасибо за рецепт🥰🥰🥰

I always add all spice and cinnamon to apples, this time I decided bake without spices, because of lemon 🍋 zest. It turned out great. Apple-lemon pie 🥧. Its different taste 😋 Definitely will bake it again. Glad I tried without spices and discovered a new taste!!! Alternative to traditional apple 🍎 cinnamon pie 🥧

I always use lemon. Juice on apples to stop them going brown and still.use spices like cinnamon.

the first time I used delicious apples, stayed hard like wood, then I used golden apples, so much better, I used only lemon abstract, I made this 5 days in a row it was like eating a piece of heaven, I could not stop making and eating it! today I added frozen blueberries about a cup in with the apples. dark brown sugar sprinkled on top, WOW even better!! try it with the apples and blueberries. It has a bread pudding consistency. I bake it 45 minutes.

Thank you for sharing this recipe. I made it today and everyone loved it. It is very moist and super easy to make. The only thing did different is; I added some cinnamon for extra flavor it works well with the lemon flavor.

Yummy recipe! I added Greek yogurt and evaporated milk instead of regular milk and it was so good. I would say stick to the 40-50 minute time even if the top isn’t brown to your liking because I almost burnt my cake trying to get the top to turn brown. Thank you for the recipe!!

La recomiendo stata una ricetta molto veloce

I might sprinkle brown sugar in the bottom of the pan & line with parchment paper. When you flip it, all carmel-ly.
