Cooking recipe and ingredients:
230 gr. Oatmeal.
Grind.
10 gr. Baking powder.
Add sweetener to taste. I use stevia.
Mix.
240 gr. Natural yogurt.
Mix.
Cover with plastic wrap.
250 gr. Dates.
Soak in cold water for 15 minutes to remove preservatives.
Pour hot water for 15 minutes to soften.
200 ml. Milk or oat milk.
Grind.
Cook over low heat for 10-12 minutes.
Cool.
40 gr. Walnuts.
Chop nuts.
Mix.
Roll out the dough.
Spread 2/3 of the mixture evenly on the surface.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
You can enjoy the rest of the jam in small portions with a cup of aromatic tea! Store it in a glass in the refrigerator!
Cut the dessert into triangles.
Shape the dough by rolling it out.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet.
Brush with egg yolk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 30-35 minutes.
Let the cookies cool.
Enjoy your meal!
